The ONLY place I go for tattoos and piercings. A1 has extremely talented artists who work with you to make sure that your tattoo comes out with exactly how you want it. Cracker did 3 of mine and he is so talented at what he does, my arm piece came out even better than I hoped. Almost one year later and my tattoo is as vivid as the day I had it done. I suffer from chronic migraines that were completely debilitating, I was having migraines almost daily for several months. I read about the diath piercing and how it's supposed to help with migraines and decided to give it a shot. Crystal did my piercing and I have not had anything worse than a few moderate headaches since. I can't guarantee that this piercing will work for everyone but it was a total game changer for me.I would recommend A1 to anyone wether you want a piercing or a tattoo, they're the place to go. You truly get what you pay for at A1, go check them out!!!

A1 Tattoo has been nothing but positive experiences for me. I've gotten all of my tattoos done here by artist, Molly Gotlib and she is nothing short of amazing. You can tell by the way she approaches appointments that she is understanding and very passionate about her craft. She'll work with you to create the piece that you want and she'll make you laugh during the entirety of it. I personally wouldn't be tattooed by anyone else. As for A1 Tattoo itself, the place is brand new, clean and interesting--and it now doubles as a barbershop.

Work was good...so far. I got a quote tattoo that took 18 minutes not much detail and was charged $125. I feel like i was robbed...being charged too much. Artist was worried about going to philly af...
Work was good...so far. I got a quote tattoo that took 18 minutes not much detail and was charged $125. I feel like i was robbed...being charged too much. Artist was worried about going to philly afterwards...charged us prices of whatever he was going to be after in Philly.

Brian did a great job on my two tattoos. The atmosphere is laid back, and welcoming, I'm not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about. Sounds like they're referring to a different place...

I have been getting tattooed here for the past 16 years. I refuse to go anywhere else. I always get compliments on my ink. I enjoy hanging out at the shop even if I'm not getting any work done. The artists are great and pretty funny in my opinion. They don't beat you over the head price wise, not to mention, the owner is an actual tattoo artist not some wanna be that owns a shop and does not ink. Take my advice, if you want a solid tattoo for a great price and want to have a few laughs in the process go to A-1. P.s. Don't listen to that review from over four years ago. That's not even close.

I"be been to a1 a couple times. It may not be the nicest tattoo shop around but they keep it very clean. And it has some of the most talented hard working tattoo artist in the tri state area. They have Justin Dunwoody who is amazing at old school and Japanese tattoos. Check him out justindunwoody.com and cracker who is very talented in multiple styles of tattoos. All in all they're great guys and have a good sense of humor and have reasonable pricing. I highly recommend goin and checking them out.

The ONLY place I go for tattoos and piercings. A1 has extremely talented artists who work with you to make sure that your tattoo comes out with exactly how you want it. Cracker did 3 of mine and he is so talented at what he does, my arm piece came out even better than I hoped. Almost one year later and my tattoo is as vivid as the day I had it done. A1 Tattoo has been nothing but positive experiences for me. I've gotten all of my tattoos done here by artist, Molly Gotlib and she is nothing short of amazing.
