I was just there to get my bellybutton pierced, and it was such a great experience. The guy who did it was professional and fantastic. Extremely clean, sanitary and professional. They all obviously know what they're doing. John has done 2 half sleeve designs about 6 years ago and they came out perfect. He even drew up an original twist on a design I'd seen and made it work for my arm's own unique dimensions. I walked in on a Sunday with no appointment. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and asked me what I wanted. When I told them it was simple and small, they made space for me immediately. Let me just say that the shop is impeccably clean. I have never seen a cleaner shop. The waivers can all be signed electronically which is great and extremely easy. My artist was Jacob who was very professional, answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I also spoke a lot with Kevin who was also awesome and welcoming. Jacob was fast and thorough. The line work is excellent especially for it being so small and in my finger. I plan on going back again and I would recommend Immortal Ink to anyone. Read Less

Highly recommend Guy for any piercings. He was friendly, calm and professional. I was a little nervous and he really relaxed me. Tattoos have always been a big part of my life because I wanted to have one and so many people told me I couldn't, I shouldn't, I won't. I did some research and saved some money through a period of months and also planned what was most important to me in my life and what I could get that was beautiful and inspirational to me. Mike in Flemington was beyond nice and willing to work with my image and its significance to me. I went in, came out, and showed my tattoo to as many p...eople as I could. I explained my significance and reasoning and before long, the people who looked at me and it with sour faces said that they understood more and some even cried over how beautiful it was even if it wasn't their style. I saved more money and went back and got a piece on my arm that I was unsure about at first. My uncertainty got to me but now I appreciate it more than ever. It is a part of me and represents me wonderfully. I love it and through that I love myself. Vice versa. Not only does Immortal Ink do amazing work, but their atmosphere is so relaxed and the people are so personable and aim to help you in any way possible. (I was the girl who got a flat while my first of two sessions on my arm. Someone came up and told me and then went to my car with me and got his friends. They changed my tire for me so I could go back and finish as much as my arm as possible. This didn't only help me in ways that it saved me time and worry, but it also made me relax because I didn't feel like I was wasting Mike's time and talent.) I went to the immortal ink in Flemington and had a TERRIBLE experience. I went in to talk about getting a color mermaid tattoo on my side. The guy pretty much said that it won't work but I can get a rose tattoo... WHAT?! Why would I want a rose if I was asking about a mermaid... I asked why we can't do a mermaid. And he said that anything is possible they can do but that.... made no sense. Since I spoke to other artists afterwards who never once mentioned it would be an issue.... I will NEVER go back there. And I tell EVERYONE about this ludicrous story. Read Less
