Brand New Tattoo has become my favorite shop and is one of the best I've been to. Studio is clean, well lit and inviting (unlike a lot of places) and the staff is five star worthy for their excellent service. I've been by tattooed by Stacy, Dave and one of their other artists (I can't remember his name, sorry!) and I always leave with an awesome new piece and a great experience. I recently got a second tattoo at the shop. Initially I was scared and skeptical since the tattoo was Arabic and possibly difficult to do. But the shop was very nice and welcoming. I came on two separate days, one day for a price quote and the second day for the actual tattoo. Tom was very nice even changing my appointment for me to accommodate for my availably. Extremely professional and very accommodating to a budget. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a tattoo small or large. I love my tattoo and its healed now over 2 weeks and I have no complaints. The staff is wonderful, the shop is super clean and they are accommodating to all your needs. Read Less

Let me just say, (second review I've ever written, first one was negativo and well deserved, and not a tattoo shop, ok TMI), anyway, I have had a couple tattoos (4) at a couple different places,  and not gone back for a variety of justifiable reasons. This place was by far the best, like BY FAR. Prices are fair, artists are talented, and they don't take themselves too seriously while doing awesome/professional work. (It didn't hurt that whoever got to pick the music playlist for that day in the shop was like RIGHT up my friend's and I alley, like spot on, we walked in and listened to the first song and were like, "ok we belong here"). My friend went with me, and we tend to joke around a lot about stupid stuff, especially when painful things are happening (like being mutilated with needles for a couple hours), and other places have not been amused, AT ALL. Not to say my friend and I are the funniest people alive, but occasionally something chuckle worthy pops out of our mouths. Not a reason not to return to one of these places, but a sense of humor never hurt anyone. Stacy (I really hope that is her name because for some reason it's escaping me and it really shouldn't, but shes new to the place, not a new artist, and not on their website yet) was beyond cool. I wanted two tattoos, one for sure that had some sentimental meaning and was just two words (other places told me that it had be like 8 inches long for two words; just absurd) made it clear that it would have to be bigger than I was saying for it to hold up and look good, but worked with me with size, font, placement, more patiently than anywhere else. Done deal. Second tattoo: I was like really on the fence about, but it was this intricate, beautiful feather design that i have been coveting on my computer for over a year, and everywhere just kept telling me that it would have to be huge to work ( a size, and price, I was not comfortable with) and offered no other options. This wonderful woman, said it would have to be bigger ( which i understood), but offered instead to sketch something up that looked similar that could be my own unique design, while still having the feel of the picture I had become attached to. My god, I really did not think i was gonna get the second one before going there, but she came out with a sketch and size that blew me away, and made my day (and quickly I might add). She was just beyond cool, creative (I'm in awe of creative people), and genuinely nice from the time I called that day, til the time I left, two tattoos later. I realize this is long winded, but bottom line: the place is clean, (like really clean) the artists are cool, really talented, kind, patient, and willing to listen, when multiple other places were not.
