His experience is evidenced by the confidence, ease and precision with which he plies his craft. This is an absolutely great shop that might be over looked just by the sheer number of other tattoo shops in the area. But let me just say that I have been to most of those other shops and have gotten tattoos done there, and Victorian Ink tops them all off by a mile! This shop is fantastic! The vibe is great and Cesar is a real down to earth cool guy. Usually other shops will literally be like what do you want, where do you want it and give you no advice on how it will end up. But Cesar is really proud of his work and will give you the best tattoo possible. Best thing is that you can ask him how he thinks the tattoo will fit with the flow for example on a whole sleeve, and he will tell you if it will fit in nicely or maybe just be out of part like in my case. Cesar was very attentive to know what me and my wifey, Eileen Albino wanted. It was something simple but means alot to me/us. He also stayed a little passed his shop hours to make sure he could fit us in the same day. He also did a nice piece for my wifey's son, Xavier. Cesar is very professional and makes you feel extremely comfortable at his shop. Not only did he go out his way to make sure I was happy with my tat, he also worked around my schedule so I could find someone to watch my daughter. He pulled up with my ocd lol, and emailed me pictures of all the changes I asked for on my tattoo. I told him what I wanted and had it drawn out the next day. He's honest, and wont do anything that he feels uncomfortable to do. I did two, 3 hour sessions with him and I wouldn't trust anyone else to finish my chest piece. Went to Cesar at Victorain ink yesterday to get a new tattoo. I am very satisfied with his work. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and he drew up an amazing stencil in a very short amount of time. He was very accommodating of my ideas and very patient in making any adjustments to make sure I was completely satisfied and got exactly what I wanted. The facility was very clean.
