Let me start off by saying that I have 7 tattoos. Before I got my first one almost 6 years ago, I researched everything -- location, artists, past experiences of friends, etc.. I found Ron's and went to physically check the place out. At first, it seems sketchy because it's on top of another store, and it's a bit small compared to other tattoo shops that have their on real estate to expand upon. When you walk in, you see how truly small it is (especially being a taller person), but the entire place has flash all over. Different designs, fonts, genre's and prices. The best thing about Ron is his pricing and work.I have not paid more than $200 for ANY of my work (some which has extensive coloring), and the quality is flawless. Ron and his son both do work on customers, so it's a family business and well-run at that. He's not someone who's going to start conversation with you during your work, and isn't ALL that friendly, but he's a very nice guy nontheless -- he's just someone who doesn't want to BS while he's doing his trade...no harm, no foul. His pricing cannot be beat. I've seen some tattoos on people that paid over $400 for the exact same quality of work Ron could have done for half the price. PEOPLE PAY FOR THE NAME OF THE SHOP, NOT THE QUALITY OF WORK. It's a shame people don't realize that, but I won't complain because I have gotten all of my work done by Ron, and will continue to go to him for all of my ink needs. Read Less
