Made an appointment with the owner over a month in advance, the day of the appointment he texts me asking to push the appointment back 2 hours.... after I change my plans to work around his request , he texts me an hour before the new appointment time to push it back another hour. I found the owners actions to be extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful of his clients. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the owner. In the past I had made an appointment with him only to show up to my appointment and he is no where to be found leaving me to get tattooed by another artist. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Really happy with my tattoos I've gotten here. Clean solid work that lasts and they let you come in for touch ups within the year. The staff is very down to earth and they usually have a movie or some amazing music playing in the shop. Couldn't really ask for a better spot to get your ink if you're the type of person who likes a laid back but professional environment. Read Less

I follow the owner of this studio on Instagram and while he seems very nice, I went to his store and his staff was very unorganized. Then a few months after I got my tattoo from them, he said he'd do my touch up and then never answered any of my texts. One day I just showed up and you could tell he felt caught. I wouldn't go back. I had one tattoo done there that I liked by Miguel, I went back for a second tattoo and got the runaround from Miguel. I forgot to draw it I was too busy so he postpone for the next day, he sent me a text saying he can't do it because he forgot he has another customer and he still didn't get around to drawing the artwork. Artists are constantly growing and looking to expand their portfolio. Got a crazy sketch you want done? Hit up Dre - he'll make it come to life! Only place I'll get any work done from now on.
