So, I've never been here personally, but I saw one of the artists that works here, Ant, has stolen work from another artist in the area. That's exceedingly unprofessional to steal art, technically a crime, and would be an embarrassment to a shop's name. He's since deleted the picture from his Instagram account, and the original artist raffled the piece off because she "didn't want to charge someone for work that wasn't original anymore." So not only did he steal her work, but money as well. Such a shame so many artists seem to be stealing art lately. Read Less

Horrible service ! ***RATED ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY I COULD POST THIS!!!!!!!!!!*** Owner Izzy is very unprofessional. Went into the shop left a deposit and made an appointment. Showed up and Izzy was no where to be found. Called and went to the shop for almost a week still no tattoo or even a phone call from the owner Izzy. Horrible customer service !!! I only give them 4 stars because the man who pierced me and my friend hardly gave us any advice or tips for cleaning the piercing. On our way home we had to google how to clean it because we were clueless. Maybe its becase he was closing & just wanted to go home loll but other than that we had a great a experience! I had an "appointment" yesterday at Maddmunki with Izzy. I contacted him personally about two months ago and even confirmed with him a week ago to make sure our appointment was set to go (I was coming from CT) My session was suppose to start at 1pm yesterday, he tells me to take my time because he won't be finished until 2:30. So I arrive at 2:30 and he tells me he will be done at 3. He finally finishes at 4:30 and then tells me he has to leave to go get his kids at 5 and he ...will be back in 15 minutes but came back at 5:45 and then asks me for the fourth time what I wanted. After we look for other artists work online (I thought he was going to draw something custom) we came to an agreement on a piece that we both liked. I sit and try to be patient while he sat there high out of his mind trying to get the pictures we just chose put together. After waiting another 30 minutes he prints out a picture that we never even looked at once together and was the complete opposite of what we decided on. It's now 6:30pm and I've been waiting since 1pm! No apologies, no sincerity, no professionalism whatsoever. I told him to stop what he was doing and I walked out. Instead of trying to make things right after wasting my day off & gas/tolls to and from CT, he blames me for not making a deposit when he NEVER even mentioned nor asked me for one!!! Then tells me he has a bigger tattoo to do so it worked out in his favor anyways! If anything he should've paid me for gas/tolls and for waiting on him all day.
