I got my nose pierced from here. The guy was really nice and made me feel comfortable.  However, unfortunately he used a wrong size needle.  It looks like the needle was not labeled and he assumed that it was 14g but pierced me with 15g.  Therefore the ring wasn't going in the hole and he had to re-stab me with a correct size needle.  Honestly that was a traumatic experience. The whole time I was tearing and hated the fact that I had to get stabbed again. (In the same hole but it was still painful).  He was very polite and sincerely apologized to me. He was upset at himself for making that mistake. I get that things do happen and people make mistakes. So I didn't get mad. However, I do not think they should make this type of mistake at all.  On top of that I had to pay a full price. A little discount would have been nice but I guess that's not how some businesses work.  If I would to get another piercing again, I'm unsure if I would go there again. And if I do, not just with this particular business but every tattoo and piercing artist, I will make sure they are using correct tool before they perform a work on me.  Lesson learned on my end. He's a really cool artist, and has the type of tattooing that I want on my body--hence my traveling an hour and 25 mins just to get it done. definitely recommended and the other staff are also very pleasant and accommodating. I've had two tattoos done here as well as my navel piercing. I've never once had a problem with anyone. There were no "bad vibes" and the employees were rather helpful and friendly. My first tattoo was my mother's first and middle name with a heart around my right ankle done by Nick. My second tattoo was a floral skull done by Daniel (he works at a different shop now). I recently had an issue with me losing my gift card that my boyfriend's mother had gotten me for Christmas & they moved hell and high water to get a new one for me. As for pricing, some places are cheap, some aren't but what you pay for here is well worth it. If it's too pricey, go elsewhere. But I would definitely recommend this shop. Read Less

Both my boyfriend & I recently had tattoos done here by T'Noche. We came in with an idea of what we each wanted, but he far surpassed our expectations with his rendering of our ideas. I ended up with a beautiful script phrase which states "I have two sons, who are my heart" & has my boys' names right underneath it. It is absolutely beautiful & he made the first letter of each of the boys' names with a heart at the top of it which was unexpected & so pretty. His line work is impeccable, he actually free-handed the letters using the script font I brought in just as a guide. It healed quickly, and looks incredible & everyone who sees it compliments me on it - whole thing took @ 35-40 minutes including set-up! My bf on the other hand had a large koi piece with a flower & waves from top to bottom of his rib cage. It took 2 sittings - the first the outline was completed & the second the color was filled in. It is beautiful, vibrant, & the line work again is perfect. It took longer to heal than mine since it is a very large piece, but a week after the second session it looks great. He did say it hurt but that was due to the fact that it extends down his body & around to his stomach a bit - both delicate areas for a tattoo.All in all, this is a great local tattoo shop & T'Noche does perfect work. I would highly recommend them for any piece large or small, easy or complicated. BTW, prices are by the hour ($140/hour), so you will not know the cost of the tattoo until it's done, but they were extremely fair in calculating the time & it ended up costing less than expected! The piercing was Okay. No problems. My issue is with the fact that I was taking a shower today and the rhyme stone fell out. I call industrial and basically they want me to pay for another.wth? All I wanted was to get my son's name tattooed & have a couple other small things done.  I spoke to one artist who gave me a price.  I sat down to check out his portfolio & a different tattoo artist in the shop approaches me.    He ask what i'm looking to do & I tell him the same thing I told the first.  He gives me a totally ridiculous price.  Helloooo, I have several other tattoo's.  I'm not a tattoo virgin.  I didn't appreciate the fact that he was over pricing & ready to possible steal the next guys business.  The vibe was not there.  I was hoping to find a place close to home that i could work with.   Lets just say they failed that test miserable. I live in Bayonne and had the urge to get some small tattoos without going more than a walk's distance from my apartment.  I decided to give this place a try despite a few of the not so great reviews on here.  I'm super happy I did because I had nothing but a great experience.  I went in to get a small half moon on my wrist and some small lettering on my leg above my knee.  They were able to take me right away on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment.  And before I knew it, Wil, was tattooing my new ink.  I have gone to quite a few different tattoo artists/shops and I have to say that I found the pricing here extremely fair and I couldn't be happier with my new tattoos.  He was very patient in getting the exact right placement on them and did a great job, and he was also just very nice and made lovely conversation.  The shop itself is very clean and open and everyone there seemed really friendly.  I would definitely come back here in the future and was overall very impressed with this shop! This place has TERRIBLE service. The managers especially are rude and inconsistent. They are snakes and really expensive for low quality work. Seriously, you can go somewhere else that has way better quality for the money spent. They work by hour and really milk the time to squeeze as much money out of you as they can. I have been a customer for a while and every time I gave them a chance, they shat on me as a customer. These ppl don't appreciate their returning customers. I was promised a service for eyebrows by the manager and was never given then service. I tried contacting the manager who is apparently apprenticing in this and she completely ignored me. I had a tatto done today by the artist named Nick Pisani there.  I was very impressed with the work, the shop was very clean and comfortable, for a custom piece (building blocks, in case he reads this) the price was just right.  I have gottten 22 tattoos all over the US and in a few countries while i was in the navy and i would rank this visit as one of the better tattoo experiences i have had.Also for people who know about tattoo difficulty, this guy did amazing straight line work, ive been staring at it all evening and can't find a single error. This was a pretty bad experience. I researched where to get my first tattoo for months and months, so I chose industrial art. The guy who tattooed me was clearly new, and they overcharged me for an extremely simple design. I am now scarred (physically) for life, because the tattoo artist went to deep, and he did it crookedly. Not a good experience at all Read Less

I've only been there once but when I did, all the guys in there made me feel very welcomed. Now, having said that, German did 3 of my tattoos and I am more than happy about them!! They are all very talented in there though, I saw two guys get tattooed and they were masterpieces as well. I would not go anywhere else, remember, tattoos are forever!! Go to real artists!!
