This place is what I have come to think of as the "authentic" tattoo parlor. It's not one of those hipster joints trying to be like Miami Ink. There is a classic ambiance to the place, and Tony's office is filled with some awesome popular culture history. Tony did a custom, solid black piece on my should/trap area. Normally, it would have taken anyone else 3-4 hours, but he had me done in one hour. Not only that, he stood by his work and so do I. Horrible , went in for a walk in , simple tattoo . Walked out with a abomination on my hand . Supposed to be a skull . Total abortion . And the artist had the nerve to trash talk the owner of another shop . Saying the owner thinks he's a better artist then he is . Wrong . He's the best artist on the East coast and the most humble and nicest person you could ever meet . And that artist is the owner of Teddy bear ink. . You want the best go to the best , mortified at what under my skin put on my body . And repulsed at the artist( so called) for putting down other artists purely out of jealousy and the threat of the competitor for clearly doing way better work . I only gave it a 1 cause of the customer service. I went to get an estimate on a tattoo that I wanted but still in the waiting room for a half an hour waiting for somebody to ask me if I needed help. Was excited to talk to someone about finishing my Hobbit theme sleeve and liked James fantasy art tattoo's! Ive seen work out of the shop and it wad awesome but missed an opportunity! Read Less
