The staff here are welcoming and professional. I had my tattoo done by Tyler Malek, which was an exceptional experience. Not only are the artists here some of the best in New England, they also have some of the best customer service I have experienced at any establishment (Not just the tattoo industry). In addition, they perform at a level of cleanliness that even hospitals would be envious of.
When meeting with Tyler, he was comfortable making my changes to the design, and was very clear and knowledgeable in making suggestions that would benefit both the aesthetic and longevity of my tattoo. My session was just over 7 hours, and I enjoyed both the company and the experience thoroughly. I look forward to going back for more, and would recommend Underworld Tattoo Company for anyone who is looking to have quality work done.

My husband and I drove six hours round trip to have tattoos done by Matt, and we would happily make the trip again! No only is the shop gorgeous, all artists we interacted with were funny and very kind. Matt took our ideas and put a spin on them that turned our thoughts into art. Thanks again Matt! We'll definitely be seeing you again sooner rather than later!!

I got a badass tattoo by Dale which took two sessions. She was awesome and very professional. Her art and tattoos are simply amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Only thing that kept this review a five star is, when I schedules my appointment with the shop manager he said he would forward my reference photo to Dale but he didn't which I ended up waiting for her to prep and get the photo up. At the second session the shop manager booked a consult for her as we were suppose to start my tattoo, which I had to wait again. Dale handled both situations like a true professional, which is why I won't let this keep me from coming back.

First tattoo, realistic flowers & some words, it barely hurt. Greg did it & it took about four hours,I was completely comfortable & it came out great! Clean shop too.

Not to mention top notch tattoos I mean sweet Jesus the talent and passion is real. I will recommend this place over and over! The staff here are welcoming and professional. I had my tattoo done by Tyler Malek, which was an exceptional experience. Not only are the artists here some of the best in New England, they also have some of the best customer service I have experienced at any establishment (Not just the tattoo industry).
