I love this place so much. Every time I walk on I’m greeted with nothing but friendly smiles. Everyone here is always so upbeat and friendly, great and comfortable atmosphere. I like how they ID, more places should be more strict. My friend had two piercings done here and both were explained so thoroughly. I had my first tattoo done by NATO and it was amazing! He made sure I was comfortable and told me everything that he was doing so my mind was put at ease. Twist Tattoo blew all of my expectations out of the water. He was going for a tattoo with Steve and I was going along to keep him company. It had been a couple of years for me since being tattooed but the bug never goes away. As soon as I walked in, I knew I had to get something done. There is an ever-growing collection called "tattoo ideas" in my phone so I pulled it up, found my two favorites, and asked Giselle, who was sitting at the front desk, if she would have time to tattoo me. She was amazing and worked with me to customize the ideas into unique pieces. I knew I wanted "Gypsy Soul" on my foot, but cursive font is overdone. I decided I wanted a typewriter font and she made the stencil for me. I also knew I wanted a minimalistic design of the Evil Eye and she was able to design, again, something that no one else would have. To say Giselle is patient is an understatement. She applied the stencils multiple times and asked for second and third opinions to ensure that the foot tattoo wouldn't be rubbed away by shoes and that the Achilles tendon tattoo was centered on my leg. She has the steadiest hands I have ever seen and her lines are beyond crisp. The tattooed font looks as though it was typewritten onto my skin. She is meticulous, knowledgeable, and deeply cares about the art she creates. She puts her heart into every tattoo she does and gets genuinely excited about doing them-she even mixed a couple of different inks for me to achieve the perfect blue in my eye tattoo. $80 for both tattoos seemed like a steal, especially because they were so well-done and Giselle treated me as though I was the only customer who mattered. As for the shop itself, it is clean, brightly-lit, and very comfortable. All of the artists I encountered were genuinely friendly and happy to talk about their work. FYI they REALLY prefer cash. Don't pay with plastic if possible.Moving forward, I refuse to be tattooed by anyone other than Giselle. She was amazing and I have no doubt that I will be back soon. Read Less

I think they have a lot of repeat customers because of their lax personalities and flexible schedules. I like that each artist works on their own and everyone has their own style and way of working. I get all my piercings done with Nick and he is absolutely amazing. He always takes his time and does whatever you need to feel comfortable and make sure that everything is going well even after the piercing is done and is never bothered if you have a million questions! My Best Friend and I decided to get matching tattoos together of our own designed Playboy Bunny with Besties written underneath it. We went to see NATO and he was totally amazing!! In the past month, I've gone to Twist for a lobe re-piercing, daith, navel and nipple piercings. The two visits I made were incredibly enjoyable considering I'm there to get my skin jabbed with needles, and I attribute that to how friendly and professional Nick handles his work. I was incredibly nervous (especially getting my tots done) but the process could not have gone smoother or in a less intimidating manner. Dare I say I was comfortable?? :) Nick can put his clients at ease and is very knowledgeable in his business - if I'm brave enough to get more done in the future, I will 100% be returning to Twist!Side note - my sister and I both found the prices here to be ridiculously reasonable. Got a tongue web piercing here and the entire experience was a nightmare. I was charged over $100  (for a piercing I later discovered most reliable shops do for about $65) due to the piercing's "complexity." The piercing process was fine, very average. However, about a half an hour after I left the shop, the tiny ball on the barbell fell off. Panicking, I called the shop to see if I could go back to get it fixed. It was right around closing time, and I was unapologetically told to come back another day because the piercer (whom I spoke to on the phone) was leaving for the night. I spent the next three hours in my car fiddling with my brand new piercing to get the ball screwed back on. Mind you, oral piercings can close in minutes if left without jewelry. I managed to get a piece of jewelry in it (after much fiddling I lost the second ball in my car so I went home and found a surgical steel ring I had already and managed to put that in to suffice). A week or so later I stopped into a different shop (one that I've found to be extremely reliable) to get the jewelry changed and the piercer kindly advised I take out the piercing completely due to its location, letting me know it had been pierced abnormally above the actual tongue web and very close to a nerve in my tongue. Had Nato do 2 tats for me and 1 for my friend's daughter who turned 18. Not only is his work amazing but he was concerned about our comfort. Went in to see Nick tonite for a new piercing and I can't say enough good things about it! Not only did he explain everything but he made me feel super comfortable, and I was absolutely nervous about it. Nick has a very gentle touch and made my piercing as painless as possible. Worst experience I have ever had in a shop. After looking through their lame collection of china glass and realizing the employees knew nothing about glass or any of the products they were selling I decided to leave. But I did not realize that I had left my e-cigarette on the counter at the store. I come right back and am quickly told by all the employees that they havent seen it and I didnt leave it there although they all remember me smoking it as I walked in. After looking around for a while the employees refuse to let me see the footage from their cameras and tell me that lots of people had been in and out since I left and that one of these people probably took it. People really just come in your store and put things in their pocket without anything be said? Unbelievable. The employees here are untrustworthy scumbags who are there only to make a dollar, pawn shop section is full of dusty guitar amps and outdated music equipment, tattoos are poorly drawn and overpriced, glass is all from china and overpriced. Possibly the worst shop in nashua. With all of your other options for tattoos or glass pipes I would recommend going anywhere but here. The only good thing about this shop is that theu did not ID my 16 year old girlfriend when she asked to see several pipes. So if youre an underage kid looking to buy shitty glass this is the place for you. Otherwise fuck this store and all of its employees. Read Less

Such a great experience hands down! My two sisters and I went in for 3 nesting doll tattoos, I was pretty vague and pretty much a pain in the ass ... I tried my best explaining what I wanted to Brian and I WAS SHOCKED when he showed me what he drew out for us... It was exactly what I wanted ... Without an appointment both "waffle" and Jason where happy to take my sister and I in such short notice. Never have I been treated so nicely from the second I've walked into a tattoo shop to the time I left. Jason took the time to size up, create a front, and configure the idea I had to an amazing piece of art work on my arm. When I told him a price I had in mind he gave me a lower one and was shocked at the amazing work and shadowing he did on my gray and white tattoo for such a great price. He was friendly the whole time and made me feel comfortable. I wish I had gotten my last 2 tattoos there but I know know I will be coming back for more and for a touch up/ addition to my first tattoo.
