I made an appointment a week or two MINIMUM before my appointment for my half sleeve to be finished. I had the appointment Saturday a 4:00. I called the Thursday of to confirm the appointment. Instead of responding on time, they waited until 3:50 (10 MINUTES BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT) to postpone until 5:30. We were lucky enough to get this message and agreed reluctantly. We got there at 5:00 and the artist wasn't there, she was OUT TO DINNER. Even when 5:30 rolled around, apparently "Elle" was still too busy stuffing her face in order to complete my tattoo ($1k+ on the line). Shows how much they care about their work. This was completely unprofessional and I will not be returning; there are way better places out there that deserve my money. I just can't imagine if I did this in my profession. My reputation would be fried!EDIT: I have proof, including a message from her staff recorded, that this happened. I luckily also have my aunt's testimony, who works in the court system. I never thought she would lie about this! I thought, like any DECENT business owner, that she would AT LEAST APOLOGIZE. However, as noted earlier, she is not a decent business owner. I am an accountant for Dartmouth Medical School (part of its non-profit program for mental health issues; the interns from Dartmouth help with the care) so no, I do not work nor am associated with another tattoo parlor. If anyone knows a DECENT place around here though, please message me! I've had to go out of state to get my work done. Thank you. :) (PS this has also been posted on the business's webpage, so she can see that I work for Dartmouth Medical School).Edit: The "artist" said it didn't happen, but it did. Her staff knows and the people who came with me knows. IN FACT, it's posted on Facebook as well interaction between us. She apparently doesn't know how to run a business nor does she know how to be respectful, just rude and lying. Reputations follow you, so good luck! Next time, plan your appointments AROUND stuffing your face. Also, you stated on Facebook that I am associated with another tattoo parlor. If I was, why would I have tried getting a tattoo from you in the first place? I am an ACCOUNTANT.NOTICE HOW SHE RESPONDS TO UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS! This could be you, remember that.. Read Less
