Last summer I got a small tattoo on my arm, a ying yang with paws instead of the dots. When it was finished it looked great, I had no complaints. After it was fully healed, bare spots appeared, some of the lines in the circle were thicker and bulges out more. Inside one of the paws was bare, not filled in 100%. I will definitely be going to a different tattoo shop for future tattoos. I didn't even want to go back and let them fix it, because I was afraid of them making it worse. Read Less

I waited a week to get an appointment for a simple piercing. Showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment to find out that the door was closed and locked. That's fine, but when I called the phone no one answered. My guess is they closed early and forgot they had a 7pm appointment. Not so great for me, waiting a week, and then bringing my family with me to find that there was no one there. Really poor service. Read Less

I showed up at 12 when they opened. The person who opened was 15 minutes late so I waited for her and then asked if she could do a piercing an she said sorry I'm all booked you have to make an appointment. Even though on the website it says walk ins and appointments, she was late and no one else was even their. When I tried calling the phone was disconnected. This is a horrible place to get piercings done. I had my nose and my upper cartilage pierced here and both were terribly done. I had to take my nose piercing out because it was pierced too low, which meant I couldn't wear a hoop, which is what I told them I intended to do. I also had my upper cartilage pierced and it has been horribly infected for a year now. I tried to take the earring out and the jewelry was so bad I had to cut it out. They do not know what they're doing--seriously I learned a valuable lesson by going here--only go to the most reputable piercers because you will end up spending money and in more pain if you go to a place like this.Read Less

Sarah is a close friend of a friend of mine, I wanted her to tattoo me after seeing some of her work on others. I must say it's probably one of the better tattoos I've ever received. I am much older now, but when I turned 18 I went to a "Friday the 13th" tattoo party at Twilight, any tattoo off of their drawing boards for 13 dollars. Well let me tell you, I was young, dumb, and 26 dollars rich...the tattoos were rushed and he or "they" pushed too hard and deep that it messed up my tattoo, they look like hell, I have already had one covered up so far.Read Less

Twilight is a great place, and I've been to quite a few. The reviewer who said a ring tattoo 'fell off' is an idiot who never did even a whit of research - anything on hands or feet is prone to wearing when one uses their hands for anything at all. If a scab fell off and took the tattoo with it, then it wasn't properly cared for at ALL. Twilight rocks, and shouldn't be blamed for some moron's user error. Read Less
