Super unprofessional place...came in with a tattoo design and gave them my name, email, and pictures and no one ever even got back to me. So when I went they drew my tattoo and didn't transfer the drawing onto my skin to trace just did it free hand. I'm not at all happy with how it turned out even though I liked the drawing. They were really friendly and nice but not that skilled. Read Less

Love going to the Dover shop. Every single artist there is so friendly and passionate about their trade. I've been using Savanna for a year or so now. She is so kind and down to earth. First of all I can't remember the piercer's name but he's awesome...helped with a lot of messed up piercings I got especially my nose. And he's alll about sanitation which is obviously a plus. Then another bonus is savvanah...she's done a few of my tattoos now and touched up some too. She's awesome for anyone I'm sure but especially younger girls who want like "pretty" tattoos. I came in today with an idea for a tattoo but not sure of how I wanted the pieces put together, didn't have an appointment. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by very friendly, helpful staff. They talked my friend through her piercing and really made sure she understood it and felt comfortable. With my tattoo Phil started working on my ideas and came back with the perfect tattoo. He had time between clients and was able to do it right then. Even though we were walk ins they still took the time to make sure we left with everything exactly how we wanted it. Disclaimer: my experience here was with Chris (the piercer) and not with any of the tattoo artists.Chris is such a cool guy. First of all, when I walked in the store for the first time with my relatively conservative mum (I was underage at the time), Chris and the other artist in the store (do not remember his name) were both very welcoming and looked very happy to see us. I came in looking to get my conch (inner ear cartilage) pierced, and Chris was able to do it that very moment. He was efficient but thorough in reviewing the paperwork and the process of piercing. His work space is clean, calming and sterile. He pierced my ear with high-quality jewelry (16g titanium barbell, unsure of brand). He is very easy to talk to and is very passionate about his craft. He put both me and my nervous mother at ease. I was so pleased with his work that I went back a month later to get my tragus pierced, and the experience was yet again very pleasant. I have many friends who have seen him for an array of body piercings (belly button, industrial, rook, etc.) and they all rave about him as well. I plan on seeing him for my next piercing. The price of piercing may seem high (approx. $60 plus tip for my conch/tragus), but it is absolutely worth it knowing that he is experienced, wise, passionate, and provides high-quality jewelry.
