Idk who this donald obrian is, but I've known Lee forever, hes done all my work going back 11 years. Anyone who can't remember they're scheduled appt date, and isn't getting tattooed by Lee is blowing it, plain and simple. I give my guy 5 stars and would never consider anyone else. Period. I paid a deposit and set an appointment two months in advance and when I reached out to confirm the date and include some photo ideas for what I wanted, there was no response. I reached out on Facebook messenger and email. When I arrived on the date that I believed to be my appointment, I was informed that my appointment was earlier in the week. I recieved one email from Lee with a single sentence asking about what else I wanted to incorporate the day before my actual appointment and he made no attempt to answer my question of when my appointment is. I recieved no phone call, no email, no attempt was made to contact me on the day of or even after. I asked for my deposit back since I had asked to confirm the appointment date and I was told that he had stuff going on in his life. This is no excuse to blow off and mistreat a customer. I was really disappointed by this whole ordeal. His work is great but poor business management and customer service skills. I have recieved my deposit back. Read Less
