I rather give constructive criticism but I had to pick one out of five stars for this. About two years ago I came to this shop to get an ear piercing. It took the peircer about 15 mins to get the needle in place and then once it went through it kind of got stuck then the jewelry threader after the needle didn’t thread the jewelry through and I was laying there with a bleeding hole in my ear. Instead of putting another jewelry threader through, the piercer proceeded to try to shove jewelry in the new hole all by itself for 30 minutes. She sprayed my ear with this cold spray but it didn’t help eventually she put a new threader in and got the jewelry in. Fast forward a week or two I had to rush to another piercing shop to get the jewelry I was originally wearing pulled out of my ear and replaced before I lost my new piercing forever because the original jewelry had a small opening that wasn’t placed correctly and got stuck inside my ear and wouldn’t budge. This week I went to get some nice new sanitary jewelry from this shop because I was in town and the same piercer was helping me she gave me the sizes I needed (hopefully they work) but she seemed so divided and spread thin while everyone around were just sitting in their stations there was probably only one guy tattooing someone yet no one else offered to help her with the multiple customers she had. when I asked if I could actually have the jewelry put in to ensure fit and satisfaction she said she had to help a bunch of other people first. I understand that, it’s a business first come first serve but literally no one was helping her. This is my second not so good experience with them and I hope they get some new help soon. But I will not be going back for services or jewelry anymore. Read Less
