If you have some ink that you hate, but you've put off getting it removed because you think it will be too costly or too painful, I highly encourage you to at least schedule a consultation with Rachel at Undoo. She does everything possible to make things as comfortable and affordable as she can. There's no high-pressure sales feeling and as another reviewer stated, you never feel judged or like she thinks you're silly for getting whatever terrible ink you want removed. She regularly meets with local tattoo artists to stay on top of what sort of fading will be necessary if just want your tattoo covered-up, and you can tell she goes above and beyond to be as knowledgeable in the field as possible. I haven't Yelped in ages, but it's been a while since I've had such a positive experience at a local business. I have a tattoo that goes across my collar-bone, from shoulder to shoulder, that just looks like hell. I waited a long time to schedule my first appointment at Undoo because I'd looked at the online pricing vs the size of my tattoo and figured it would be pretty costly to get it removed. Once I had a good chunk of money set aside, I called up to schedule a consultation. Rachel was fantastic. She gave me very clear and realistic guidelines regarding what sort of fading I would see and how many treatments it would take. She quoted be a price well under what I was expecting, too. I have only done two treatments, so I can't speak first-hand for how fully the process works, but I'm already starting to see the ink break up and fade. The laser is painful, but if you have tattoos then clearly you should be able to handle a little pain. Rachel is great about checking how you're doing and making sure that you get breaks between passes with the laser. The pain stops immediately when the laser goes off, and as big and dark as my tattoo is, my sessions last maybe 15 minutes. What inspired me to log in and write this review is what happened in my most recent session. I mentioned that I had a piece on my back that I wasn't super happy with. It's of a person, and the face is just a little... off. I was wondering if it was possible to just get the face faded out enough to have it redone by someone who could make it look better. She took a look, told me she could probably do that in three or so sessions, and offered to add it in to the appointments I was already doing for my chest piece at no extra charge. When she said she had a meeting with the owner of a local tattoo studio, whom I plan to see for my cover-up, I asked her to check with him about the possibility of redoing the face, and she got my permission to take a picture of the tattoo on my back to bring to her meeting. Today she texted to tell me what he recommended, how much the cover-up would cost, and to reaffirm that she would do the fade at no additional charge. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have a crap tattoo then you should have learned your lesson about only going to reputable people to get your body altered. Rachel knows what she's doing and is great at it. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up. Read Less
