Don't even bother me and my husband got a tattoo for our anniversary and it faded in a week try to get touch up but the tattoo artist left try to call the manager he said he would touch it up but nothing don't go to this tattoo shop horrible service and there all bullshitter Read Less

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Set an appointment for my husband, wanted to get a tattoo done. We showed up late to the appointment, but we called him to let him know. He never picked up the phone. Got to the shop, turns out he wasn't even there. Texted him, and finally he texts us back to let us know he can't make it, and that we needed to reschedule. He had to go to the airport. We aren't from vegas, so we had to get a cab there. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, before we rush to the stupid appointment in the first place. I had a great experience. I agree that I did not sign anything and had to ask questions about maintenance. Mike is a nice guy in a beauty salon back room. He is very friendly and professional with a very clean setting. I texted at 10 am and had an appointment that day by 4 pm. I bought 2 groupons, 1 for me and 1 for my mom. Mike does good work but he is very unreliable. He's blown me off twice this week and he blew off my mom's first appointment. All I need is a simple little 3 minute fix to a tatto of mine that he did. He keeps telling me I'll get you this day, I'm busy I'll get you this day then haven't heard from him. I'm afraid I'm going to have to go elsewhere to get my tattoo fixed. You never sign any waiver forms or are you given any after care instructions. My maid of honor and I were going to go and get matching tattoos here but with his lack of attention to customers we will probably go elsewhere. Read Less

Mike was amazing!  He actually went and opened the shop so my sister and I could get tattoos after hours. I got a semicolon and she got an anchor. He took his time and drew out exactly what we wanted. He took great care to get them right. They turned out great! The shop was very clean. I will go back to him again! Read Less

I saw this good deal in groupon & went to try it myself to have my first tattoo that I've been wanting to have. The owner of the place is the one who did my tattoo, the pain is expected but not so bad, it's tolerable. He worked so professional, equipment & materials looked clean and of course the whole place, but most of all they got this good deal in groupon. If I ever wanted to get another tattoo again, I will definitely go back to this place. Read Less
