Went in for a special, gave them a simple, easy design I drew myself and they couldn't even do it without messing it up horribly. Now I'll have to see about getting it fixed or covered. Left a review on their Facebook and they were rude and hateful right after saying their top priority was customer happiness. They were insulting and crass and I had even tipped them before seeing how badly they messed it up. Color wasn't complete, lines were wobbly, errant changes were made to the design so it wasn't symmetrical, it was a characters face and he made her nose look like a pigs nose, couldn't even draw her lips right, there were overdrawn lines that were just left instead of doing something with them-and then they rub salt on the wound by being jerks about their shoddy work! Don't go here! Even their waiver form made me uneasy-it basically signs all your rights away-you could get an infection and die from their work and that paper releases them of liability-that should have been the red-flag that lead me to walk out, but my sister had come here so I gave them the benefit of the doubt-should have trusted my instincts. A waste of money and time and now what should have been a simple design will have to be corrected by someone more competent. Read Less

Trevor Jarland is my guy. He everything I was looking for in an artist. Clean line work, shading on point, great conception, well execution, flexible with scheduling. The guy can take an idea with or without reference images and come up with something better than you envisioned. He is super honest, professional, and will make sure that you are taken care of. From the moment I met him I felt great about what he brought to the table. He has done a full sleeve on me, another forearm, and my hip. I look forward to having him do so much more. This is the place to be period. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with wall to wall art. The environment is fantastic and with the artists portfolios at your disposal it's very easy to browse a wide range of talent that comes from those who work there. Trevor is my artist, but all of the artists there are funny, dedicated, passionate people who love creating an art piece that's just for you. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. I got the outline to my cover up tattoo started a while ago and I loved it. Their attitude there level of knowledge. I love that I can talk to them without feeling like I'm talking to a special snowflake. No issue with being offended or offending at least with me. I think this shop is absolutely amazing! They produce a ton of stunning work and the people who work there are straight up fabulous! Josh, one of the owners, is one of the funniest guys I've met! He's so friendly and welcoming and puts out good vibes 24/7. There's never a dull moment being around Josh! His line work is on point and he puts out some unique and beautiful work! Ms.Heather, who I might add is absolutely gorgeous, is insanely kind and comforting! She's the sweet⋯⋯est lady ever and I absolutely love being around her! Her portrait work is off the wall. I've seen her do some intricate and beautiful pieces on people! Her leather burning is beyond perfect! She's just a doll! Erik is like the adorable best friend everyone wants and deserves! While tattooing, Erik is super calm and comforting making sure you're doing okay and that you're relaxed! Erik has done all of my uncles tattoos and a few of mine and they've all turned out incredible! He's also done all of my piercings and he's done them fast and precise! That video should not be posted, she obviously isn't in any state to consent - so if your company isn't bothered about consent, do you also tattoo minors? I love coming to see heather. She is a great tattoo artist and did a bangin job on my cover-up. I highly recommend her to everybody that I come in contact with in regards to tattooing. Heather and Josh are amazing artists. Heather did my first tattoo piece. My family was taking a trip to Lake Tahoe and I had messaged her telling about what I wanted. She set the appointment to work for me. She thought the tattoo would take only an hour so she quoted me $100. The tattoo actually took 3 1/2 hours so I was expecting to pay $350 ($100ph) but she honored her quote without me evening asking for her to. My mom went with me and she is against tattoos but after talking to Josh while I was being tattooed she started to think they were pretty cool . They are super nice people and fantastic artists. I've traveled to the Tahoe area all my life but saw this tight looking sticker on the heavenly ski lift. Well we were lookin for something to do one night and said "dude let's get tatted!" I ended up calling Josh and heather Thornton that night. They came to their shop at 9pm and tatted my friend and I. May I just say that was a year ago!!!! My boyfriend and I now do a monthly trip from Long Beach, ca (a 9 hour drive!!!) so I can get tatted by Josh and my BF by heather! They are truly the best there is In the Tahoe area!! and they keep their appointments too! Which is very important to us being that we drive soo far away..
