I'm never, ever going back. From the moment my friends and I stepped into the place the tattooer and the lady (I don't remember their names) were very short and just plain out rude at some points. The friend who was paying wanted to get a tattoo and she wanted a decent sized one on her shoulder. He told her for a size half of what she wanted ; like a quarter; it would be almost 200$. She was already paying for hers, her sisters, mine, and my brothers. She said no and was trying to bring the price down and settled for 120 for a tiny tattoo. (I went to a different place, Rockin Ink , and i got a tattoo that almost covered my forearm that was $200) She ended up having to take her shirt off to get it on her shoulder, and once the tattooer saw her boobs, she was wearing a bra BTW, he started to flirt nonstop. For the record, he was 40 years old and married and she was 18. Then my brother got his nose pierced, which turned out fine. Me and her sister got our tongues and let me tell you. It was fine, the initial piercing, but he didn't tell us shit! He said salt, water, and no alcohol mouthwash. He didn't give us a flyer, he didn't give us a paper, nothing. I already know, if i had went to any other place, they would have been a million times better. Fuck this place, NEVER again. Way to expensive for shitty work. Read Less

My complaint is pretty much the same as everyone's, they are quick to sit you down for the tattoo, only to find out 45 minutes later as they finish i was given my quote of 1,660.00. Stay far, far away. The receptionist in the front is hostile from the moment you walk inside. The tattoo artists openly talk crap about people and ridicule people walking by. I've also heard them talk about "fucking whores" and other stuff. It's really unprofessional. It's really sad that this place is full of such mean, judgmental people. Their prices are absurd in comparison to their bad quality work. The moment someone leaves they talk bad about them. I got my tattoos elsewhere instead. So I got my first tattoo here, it's a fantastic tattoo and Ryan did a fantastic job, but the only catch is I basically bankrupted myself, or the better way to phrase it THEY RIPPED ME OFF. I paid $3,400 for a tattoo that is not even 1/4 a sleeve, i was an idiot and did not ask for full price I assumed, but this is what I deserve I guess. Don't be me. Ask full price first. I tried to get a tattoo because I just got married but as soon as I walked in the front desk girl Liz was rude and said she got paid too much to deal with us . Yes we walked in excited because I just got married and we wanted to get tattoos to symbolize that, but she made us feel like we were acting crazy . My niece even walked In and explained we just got married and we were excited because we just got married and she refused to help us . I can not stress enough to stay away from this place. I've been tattooed around the world and this is the worst place I've ever been. My girlfriend and I were quoted a price of $100 to $150 each. Ok a little more than what I expected but it is Vegas and it was a spur of the moment walk in. The tattoo is 2" x 2". The image was pulled from the internet, no drawing / artist time needed. Under 30 minutes to complete each tattoo. Upon completion we were told the balance was $720 total! I argued with them but it was going no where. In fear of this turning into a problem on a Saturday night, we paid and left. I regret that decision. Look at all the reviews of this place. It's a common practice. I heard so many great things about some of the artists and was so excited, but her snotty attitude and eye rolls cost this shop A LOT of MONEY!!! Went to get a tattoo and almost turned around and left because of the woman behind the counter. I have never met anyone so rude and I will not be coming back because of her! She deserves negative stars! She looked so mean and would roll her eyes at everyone including the artists. She was very condescending when she spoke to me. Just horrible! I was asking about a tattoo and wanted a quote, but she seemed annoyed and didn't want to talk to me. Isn't that her job? You are the first person I talk to when I walk in and you are representing this shop. And all I got was nasty attitude. She didn't want to be bothered and just seemed to want to go back to playing on her phone and being an angry statue.If you are not happy working/ talking to people then go find another job where you don't have to interact with anyone. My daughter & I got matching tattoos (her choice) for her 21st birthday. The guy with long hair from San Bernardino did them. He was really nice, but clearly he shouldn't be tattooing anyone professionally. Tattooed on 2-13-19. 11 days later and the ink in almost completely gone. Read Less

NOLAN was amazing and did such an awesome job! He was so friendly and made us feel comfortable! 5 stars for him!!!!! My problem is with the receptionist lady. She told us the shop minimum was 100 which seems a bit high in my opinion, but it's Vegas so whatever. My friend and I got matching shear tattoos on our wrist that are an inch long. I clarified that with her that it was 100, and she said yes! I asked if he could add a little paw print next to the shears and she said that'd be $20 extra!! No thanks. Fast forward we get our tattoos, love them! We go to pay and she spits out that they're  $150?! I asked her why so much and she just gave me a snotty "it's the size" response. Lady! You told me they were $100, literally took him less than 5 minutes to do the whole damn thing. Very unhappy with her attitude! I'm giving the artists who helpt us these stars. I got a nice small tatto ' mothers tattoo" and Chris was very nice super clean and quiet. Sometimes talking can cover the pain but mine was small enough that it was barely painful. Thank you Chris very professional. Would love to come back and get more Ink done. My bf got an owl tatto small as well and Wayne was his artist. Super friendly gentlemen. He was talkative and made u feel comfortable and sure of his profession. I can see my bf having a good experience with Wayne. Thank you Wayne u are a true professional. Here is where it gets tricky. It's highly over priced but then again what can u expect u in Vegas and in the strip. So over $1,000.00 later happy with the experience and grateful with our artists but sooooo over priced.... The artist are amazing smiling all the time with such good vibes make it easy to relax but...big...BUT THE LADY THAT IS AT THE REGISTER IS SUCH A BITCH .. so for some reason she gets to determine how much people should pay for the tattoo and it's not like standard or by size or whatever she just asks what do you want done and comes up with an amount , she didn't even ask how big I wanted it or where on my body I had to be very specific and ask "well does the size matter?" she gave me a more or less round about size with her fingers and said that's how big it would be ... didn't ask me how big I wanted it just told me that's how big it would be. Luckily I was able to talk it over with the artist and he did exactly what I wanted of course I feel like I over paid the tattoo I got is the size of a nickel and paid 120$ but it's Vegas right!?? Once I was done with the Tattoo and again talking to the artist I asked about a touch up on a tattoo I have on my index finger again a pretty small tattoo and when we asked how much it would be for the touch up she said 240$ ... 240+120 for a grand total of 360$$$$$$$ both the artist and myself were shocked and repeated what she said in question mode to make sure we both heard right .. he was just as shocked as I was... she then started saying the size and the placement and all the little details mattered and that's why it was gonna be 240$ for a tiny re-touch she is just ridiculous I just laughed and told her no thank you ... again I don't know who she is or what her position is there and I didn't even get a name but she is just beyond gross ... and extremely abusive with the customers I have plenty of other tattoos so I'm pretty familiar with how pricing works I can't imagine how abusive she gets with first time customers who are just excited to get that first tattoo done happen to come to this place.Because I didn't get a name and just so she knows this is about her I will share I was there on 8/17/18 at midnight and got a nickel size paper air plane ..I hope you read this and know what you are doing is wrong ... if you own this place **yuck** and if you do not and you have to answer to someone than I hope you get fired!... Was on vacation in Vegas recently and decided to get my ear pierced (forward helix) at Vegas Ink while I was there. Had a really good experience. The shop is open 24 hours which is very convenient. Cost was a little pricey, but that is to be expected in such a popular place such as Vegas, especially right on the strip, and it was worth the cost as the place seemed clean and professional. My piercing was done by Bryan (I believe) who was pleasant, efficient and informative. He made sure I was happy with the placing before piercing me, and despite it being such a sensitive area, he was quick and made it as painless as possible. I was very pleased and it looked exactly how I wanted it. He was very informative and was sure to instruct me in detail on aftercare as well as jewellery used and recommended. Thanks again! TRAVELERS BEWARE: No estimate or price quote was provided at the time we showed them the design. We signed the paperwork and they asked us to sit without a price quote. Then we saw the sign that said $120 minimum. So at that point we just accepted that our quarter size anchor would be $120. When we cashed out it was $200. I understand that they are in the strip and tend to draw people who are drunk and being spontaneous. But we weren’t drunk and they still were not sincere with the prices. The artists and staff were friendly. I’m just disappointed that there was no price mentioned at any time until the end. ****almost three weeks later and my tattoo has healed as has my sister’s. I went in and seen that their starting rate was $120 an hour. I thought perfect! What I had requested was simple line work. They quoted me $350 for something that would take less than an hour to do. I told them I was only looking to pay $200. I guess for an additional 10 minutes of work is $150 dollars? My tattoo took about 20 minutes and I thought it was going to be less than what they quoted but nope. 20 minutes of tattooing is $200 dollars I guess. WARNING!! ⚠️ DO NOT go here! I now have a jail tattoo on my arm that I have to live with FOREVER! I’m that ashamed of the tattoo I always have a jacket or bandage on to hide it. I asked to see the owners multiple times but they did not help even though they knew how bad of a tattoo it was. Telling them if they wouldn’t put this work on their portfolios or family members, why would they put it on me. We've gotten ink done here a few times. Once, Richard Rawlings was even getting ink while my wife got a new tatt. The staff here is always pleasant, the areas are really clean, and the different artists are great at their profession here. A little higher priced then tatts back home, but well worth the money. So, a friend of mine and I came here on a whim back in November all because I'd been wanting a piercing (snake eyes on the tongue). Usually when I go to get pierced the piercer usually makes at least some small talk of the sort, however, no such thing happened. He didn't explain anything to me at all, I mostly had to do most of the asking. I guess I kinda figured it was normal or whatever. But once he was done with my piercing and he gave me the mirror to take a look, I noticed it was crooked. When I told him it was crooked, he just kinda shrugged his shoulders and said to just let the swelling go down and it would be fine. Well over a month later, it's still crooked and I'm embarrassed to even show off my piercing. I would never recommend this place or piercer to my worst enemy, let alone a friend! Read Less

She explained the process very well and put me at ease. Let my friends hang with me. The needle didn't hurt at all. In fact, it tickled a bit! Bait and switch on the walk-ins. Wife and I got a small tattoo each for our anniversary. We emailed an image in advance but this was not there. We were asked to sign a waiver a d one of the checkboxes was to acknowledge we got a price list. I asked about this and they didn't gave one available but said the tattoos would be $150 each. The music was incredibly loud a d the person we talked to may have been taking advantage of this. So since my wife and I both heard $150 we agreed. The artist had trouble understanding how to do the transfer correctly and flipped the design so it was coming out backwards on the transfer paper. We finally got that straightened out and after two 20 minute sessions, we were then charged $250 each. I know it's Vegas but that is a lot for 20 minutes and a simple 1"x3" line drawing. To put it in perspective I got an 8x8 piece done on my back that took nearly 3 hours and was only charged $350. Also, ZERO advice on after care given. Read Less

This review is for the business. If I hadn't been scammed on the pricing the review would be a 5 star for Penny my tattoo artist. She was amazing and gave me a beautiful and memorable tattoo. If you don't know already...the tattoo artists just do the art; the business decides the pricing.I came in early in the day and described what I wanted, where, and what size. The cashier (in charge of pricing) asked the artist what size when trying to ring me up for my deposit for my appt later and the artist replied she wasn't sure yet because she needed to draw it up so I showed the girl my arm and she ended up charging me a $150 deposit. This seemed fair to me as my other tattoo that is color and actually a little larger in space was a total of $150 in San Diego. I returned later for my appt and it was a new cashier who was busy taking a smoke break when the artist wanted to start my tat when I asked about how much more it would be (the artist said she didn't deal with pricing the cashier does). I STUPIDLY let her start and eventually finish my tat without checking on the pricing. The cashier came by multiple times standing right next to me and never mentioning the price. She even dusted a fan and blew dust all over my tat, upsetting my artist. She had ample opportunity to discuss the pricing with me before the product was permanently in place on my body but waited till after to let me know they would be charging me another $510. That's right- $660. A tattoo with the same quality and smaller size in Las Vegas costs 4.5 times that of one done in SD. What can I do at this point. Refuse? Nope because that waiver the first cashier had me sign says I was aware of the price. They use a Graph with approx 1 inch squares and if your tat touches a square they count it .... even if it barely touches and doesn't fill other squares. She also used the original drawing size to measure instead of the actual size of the tattoo which was made smaller for my arm. You kind of expect to get scammed when you come to Vegas, and I'm an idiot for letting the artist touch me before guaranteeing I knew the price, but I will never recommend anyone to this place and it won't be because of the artist or the experience. It will be because of the financial raping without lube I received in order to leave with my arm still attached. This was a friendly place. We were visiting Vegas to celebrate birthdays and my sister and I wanted a tattoo in memory of our mom and our husbands moms. They did an amazing job in which was a heart with a cancer ribbon and little hummingbirds at the top. Also my niece had a beautiful flower with a vine done on the inside of her arm.
