Great place for a tattoo. Miguel Camarillo is an amazing artist. He tattooed me. But from the work I had the privilege to witnessing all the tattoo artist are amazing. Treated me great and with open arms. Friendly environment, loved how they bounced off ideas off of each other. Didn't seem like there was any egos or pride but only unity. I picked this place for great reviews and distance from my place. Em did a great job on my eyebrows. She used microblading technique to add fullness, color and 3D effect on them. My first session was in december and my follow up/ touch up was a few days ago. I can already tell, my brows will look great after they fully heal. I decided to get my first tattoo. Knowing very little about this whole thing I googled the best tattoo shop and artist in Las Vegas and James Strickland and Seven Tattoo studio came up. So I made an appointment and waited few months because James really busy. Surprisingly, environment was very relaxing and chill, nice music playing, people are smiling and happy. I wasn't sure what kind of tattoo I wanted because the design I had in mind wasn't final. I started talking with James. James was very nice and helpful, answered all my questions. I ended up talking to James, and he gave me some awesome suggestions about my design and I decided to go for it right there and then. James worked on the stencil and the design for an 30 min (damn, he needs just 30 min to create incredible design for me), patiently revising it using my feedbacks. Finally it was just perfect and it just happened! James was very professional, you could tell he knows what he's doing. It didn't hurt as much closer to the elbow but it did hurt quite a lot closer to the wrist. I guess it depends on the location.I was also afraid that once I get a tattoo, as a perfectionist, I'm gonna be like oh well, what's done is done and see all the imperfections and accept it, but no, James pulled it off just perfect! I was so happy with how it turned out! At the end he explained how to maintain it till it heals. Also I was afraid that the time he spent on the design counted as the hourly rate, but no, he only charged for the hour he was actually tattooing .So total was 8 hours and only ONE session (yeah, I'm crazy dude).Couldn't be any happier. If you're going to put something on your skin for forever, you better get it done by the best. Seven Tattoo houses award winning artists that are talented and super friendly.Bubs came to start his sleeve with James and it was great. During the consultation James was very straightforward with suggestions for the design and layout of the tattoo, making sure Bubs had realistic expectations for what the end result would be (aka, don't try to put 10lbs of crap in a 5lb bag and expect a masterpiece). The end result, though unfinished, is rad. The art does come at a high price ($250 an hour), but good work is never cheap and cheap work is never good. Also, you have to book in advance. Seven Tattoo Studio is an amazing shop with world class artists. Kevin Furness is an absolute animal. He took what I wanted and made it exponentially more awesome than what I had in my head.  He is fun to talk to and pretty gentle with the needle. If you look at his portfolio (Instagram:  @kevinfurnesstattoo) he is a master of color and has a crazy range but he did a black and grey realism piece for me to a level that would make you think that's his primary method. I got my first tattoo done by Kevin at this studio, and I'm super in love with it! The artwork he sketched up for me was just what I wanted. Plus he was really friendly and easy to talk to, and put me at ease despite the somewhat painful placement of the tattoo. The line work he did was really clean; I'd recommend him to anyone. This place was awesome! We called the day of and got lucky to get a spot with Kevin Furness. He was very professional and worked with my friend and I to draw up exactly what we wanted. Very clean and has a great atmosphere. I can't say enough about what a great experience we had here! The price wasn't crazy for what we wanted which was a plus. Seven Tattoo is the place to go for Custom Tattoo work.  Every Artist in there is very talented.  I only have work from Carl Grace and Joseph "Fanx", but  if I lived in Vegas I would have work from all their artist.  I'd give this place 3 thumbs up, but I only have 2 thumbs.  Stop by talk and plan your next tattoo from this shop, when you're in Vegas, Baby!
