Only got a tattoo from Charles, because he said he'll touch in up for free in 5 Years 10 Years or 20 Years. Whenever it fades he will touch it up. I asked if I can come by for a touch up he said if I pay tip. Ok weird how you said free but now your asking. For tipS I said sure than he said minimum of 200$ tip. When I tried to set a date he said his not available when I didn't give him an exact date or month. Very unprofessional and not a man of his word. Came here in October on Friday the 13th and got my second lobe pierced.Today I bumped my ear the piercing started profusely bleeding. I was kinda sketched out because it has been 3 months since I got the piercing, but it was bleeding a bunch, hurt, and was super hot.Right after this happened, I tried to go to Reverie to meet with the person who pierced my ear, but the shop was closed. Because I didn't want to just leave my ear on it's own, I went down the street to another shop. When I got to the other shop the piercer was appalled! Apparently the piece of jewelry that was in my ear was most likely sterling silver, one of the lowest quality metals you can use for a piercing. He couldn't believe Reverie pierced my ear with this.I wasn't even aware that there was heavy scar tissue on the back of my ear lobe. I would attach a picture but it's honestly so gross, and even the piercer from the other shop said it's one of the most gnarly things he's seen.I just wanted to leave this review incase anyone else got their piercing from here and was wondering why their piercing still felt funny a couple months later, just like mine did.Honestly so disappointed. I am a 54 year old women. Only have one small tattoo but have done a lot of research of local shops as I looked to get my second piece. This is the cleanest shop I have ever seen. The fellows were so kind, funny and easy to talk too. Walked in with no appointment (don't recommend but was very welcomed) and worked with an artist for a simple phrase for my left shoulder. Treated me like I was getting an elaborate piece. Took time to talk to me, get to know me and ensure placement was perfect. David was my artist and he was gentle and very nice. I will be back to this shop even though it isn't close to my house because of the quality and customer service. If you are thinking of getting some ink, think Reverie! Read Less

OMG! What a great experience from start to finish. I did a walk in with artist Audias. It was my first tattoo so he made sure to explain the whole process and made sure I felt comfortable. Charles is one of the most talented people I have ever met. The shop is so welcoming and clean. All of the other artists there are very nice to chat with while Charles was setting up for my tattoo. Charles has done all but one of my pieces, which was actually done by another artist in the shop, Ruben, who specializes in lettering. I could not love my tattoos more.The shop has a lot of art from the artists on the walls, which is really great. They also put on art shows occasionally, where I have purchased some original pieces for my office. Decided I was going to get a tattoo while I was in town. Read the good reviews Reverie had on yelp and was not disappointed. First off the shop was extremely clean, the art work on display was dope, all the artist were friendly and very talented. I had a consultation with Charles and I disclosed my displeasure with a previous tattoo I had on my wrist from another artist back home. I gave Charles a couple of ideas for my tattoo which was a tribute to my Grandmother. He insured me he could cover the tattoo and I would be happy with the results. Happy was a under statement! I went into the shop expecting a good tattoo. I came out with a beautiful piece that meant a lot to me, on top of that it was a covered up a tattoo I had regret getting. These guys are great. True artists and just all around nice guys! I was in Vegas on vacation and stumbled upon someone who suggested this shop. It was close to the strip and very reasonably priced. But what really impressed me was the friendliness of the artists and their true skill, not just on skin. I love that their art is on the wall and they really enjoy creating new pieces. OG did my very first tattoo and it turned out exactly as I asked him to do it. My friend and I had such a fun time, it felt as if we were regulars. Charles and his staff are amazing artists! I have been to Charles for all of my tattoos the past couple of years and am definitely coming back for more. He has great artistic vision and can work with anyone to make their ideas come to life. He specializes in biomech and stippled work, and is very good at blending ideas together so a tattoo flows. He is also great at drawing with the curvature of your body's muscles. The healing process was great and the ink still holds/hasn't faded (17months later). I fly from San Francisco to Las Vegas just to get tattooed by Charles.  He does an amazing job of taking an idea and turning it into art.  He is a super talented artist and makes all my designs from a simple idea I have.  Plus, he's just a cool guy to hang around with.  I get all my work done in a single sitting so it's nice that I enjoy my time in a chair for 7 or 8 hours with the guy tattooing me.  He does a great job of making sure I'm comfortable for those long sessions.  I have referred many of my friends to him and everyone has been very pleased with his work.  Flying to Vegas next week just to get my next piece from him.
