DR. BRIAN CITRO AND HIS STAFF RULE! My husband and I moved to Summerlin, Nevada in April of this year - and I spent excessive amounts of time on the computer and phone searching for good doctors. Eight weeks to be exact. There were numerous inquiry calls made, messages left with no call-backs; rude receptionists; broken phone systems that automatically transferred me to various extensions leading somewhere beyond the galaxy; and an actual hang-up from a receptionist needing a pee break! I was becoming more and more anxious. For years, I had heard that a high percentage of Nevada doctors were rated very low on the medical scale, but was not prepared for it to be a reality after moving here. Anyway...on my umpteenth day of searching Yelp, RateMDs, Healthgrades and Zocdoc, etc., I finally found one of the best general surgeons! A cyst on my chest (aka: The Alien) was the culprit that led me to Dr. Citro. (I initially thought it could be taken care of by a dermatologist, but my Primary knew it was beyond that option, and a general surgeon was needed.) Dr. Citro was not only extremely professional, very good looking, and bakes a mean Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, he totally put me at ease with his knowledge and sense of humor. I especially appreciated his reassuring bedside manner, as I'm quite squeamish at the sight of a needle and scalpel - especially if I'm awake during a procedure. Except for the few little pricks of the numbing injection, there was nothing else to make me uneasy. Oh...did I mention he is Chief of Surgery at Mountain View Hospital? Thank you, Dr. Citro, for getting rid of The Alien - forever! Another extremely important bit of information: We have always believed that even an exceptional doctor is only as good as his office staff. Well, Dr. Citro's was wonderful, and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism! I'm sure that one of my old body parts will need Dr. Citro's service in the future - so he must NEVER retire.

First, I thought the staff and dr here were amazing. From my consult through my procedure, everyone was friendly and helpful.
I had the miraDry done for my hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), it was embarrassing and I was tired of my prescription antiperspirants ruining my shirts. After Dr. Fraser explained the procedure to me, I decided to move forward. It was expensive, but they offered CareCredit. I already had a CareCredit card so I just put it on there.
The day after I felt like a light sunburn, not as bad as I expected. I just iced on and off through out the next few days. I went to work the day after the procedure. I didn't really sweat for my first 2-3 months afterwards. Then I started sweating again, but to my surprise nothing like I did before! And I can honestly say, over a year after getting this done here I sweat somewhere between 75-80% less than I did before. I also noticed I have a lot less arm pit hair, I wasn't really looking for less armpit hair but I have about a third of what I had before having this done. Needless to say, I'm really happy with the results. And if you have been diagnosed with hyperhidrosis, Original You is where you need to go!

I came here to get a tattoo removed I had gotten when I was younger. I was pretty nervous when I first came in not knowing what to expect, I have to say the staff and Dr Citro really put my mind at ease. I opted for the numbing injection stuff and that was really all the pain I felt while having it removed. After my first treatment my tattoo blistered, which I was expecting. It was a little crazy to look at for a day though, but the blisters went away and as it healed the tattoo had faded dramatically. After only 4 treatments, I'm happy to say my tattoo is gone, that's a lot less than one of my friends have had somewhere else and he still has his tattoo. My tattoo was a dark black tribal thing. Overall, great experience.

Dr. Brian is also a magician, making these tattoos disappear. I heard this process was very painful. I went in for a free consult. He reassured me his equipment is state of the art and less painful then I been imagining. He was correct. Little to no pain. Very quick. Very professional. The office is clean and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly. After the first session, the tattoo has faded drastically. I recommend this location for tattoo removal.

Original You offers the best pain free tattoo removal. Dr Brian is a miraculous human. In-between performing surgeries he and his team are facilitating the removal of prior bad decisions, without the horrible burning feeling. A few major points for those seeking removal: *It takes time, meaning it won't disappear from one treatment. Not feeling pain each time makes the session tolerated and something to look forward to. *The doctor uses methods to numb the area, no pain is felt. This makes a huge difference, I have experienced both and will not go back to the painful laser technicians who race through just to get it done missing spots. I made a video cracking jokes and having a normal conversation to prove I didn't feel a thing. *The equipment is top grade. You're being treated in a clinical office (within a hospital) by a doctor, using state of the art technology and experience. *Price? Actually the same as the average laser technician. Not expensive. I have learnt not to talk poorly on competition, but I strongly suggest making a free consult with their team to see what they can do for you. I'm extremely happy with the results. My solid black tattoo has faded tremendously and beginning to vanish in areas.
