After a lot of searching and talking with various artists at other shops I chose Massive Tattoo... and I am so glad I did!!!! This was my second tattoo and I couldn't be happier. basing my review only on one artist Andrew Sicad... so this is basically a review of Andrew. A supremely talented artist, who managed to create a forearm sleeve, tied in with my older work. He can handle multiple styles... My sleeve is Japanese style.. he drew out a koi and integrated it freehand with the dragon I already have. While I was there, other customers of his showed up and I got to see many different styles executed flawlessly. This review is for Andrew Sicad. He was recommended  by a friend of mine. I wanted a simple tattoo of my Dad's signature on the side of my wrist. This tat has alot of meaning to me, so it had to be perfect. It took multiple tries, but Andrew had the patience in positioning my tattoo to where I finally wanted it. The one most important thing to me is my health and a clean shop is a must. This place is on point clean tidy orderly. I was driving by and decided to go in to ask him questions. I use to live in Vegas and any time I saw someone with a beautifully done tattoo it always came for an artist at Massive and have always gone there since my first tattoo . I now live in LA and still travel there to be tattooed . Any artist who works from here can be trusted and does amazing work ! My current artist is Tyson and wow can he tattoo ! Planned an entire Vegas trip with my grandparents around getting my first tattoo. I ended up speaking with a couple of tattoo shops over the phone, and because of their professionalism and courtesy, immediately chose Massive as our place to go. My grandparents, my girlfriend, and I walked in on a Friday afternoon, and were immediately greeted by friendly artists who were knowledgeable and ready to help. At first glance the shop was so clean. And I mean, CLEAN (I'll get to that more in a little bit.) We chatted with the staff for a bit, my girlfriend and grandpa actually got their tattoos that day, and I scheduled an appointment for mine; since it was much bigger, at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday. Both of their tattoos took about 45 minutes each, Tyson did my grandpa's, while David did my girlfriend's. Both artists were extremely helpful when presented with individual tattoo ideas, offered some help on the final product, drew them up, and both tattoos were perfect. We said our good byes and came back two days later for my appointment. My appointment was with Tyson, the same artist who did my grandpa's tattoo. The appointment started right on time, and it started with Tyson cleaning his workstation perfectly. The entire experience took about 4.5 hours, and it was delightful. Tyson and the rest of the crew (up front we were joined by Will and Chelsea) were just the right amount of talkative; they were professional, and totally cool. During my tattoo Tyson went through - and I am not exaggerating - about 30 PAIRS of gloves. He changed his gloves anytime he did anything other than tattoo my arm. I couldn't believe how clean these artists were; though this was my first tattoo, I have been in a couple of tattoo shops before, and this was by far the cleanest tattoo shop I have been in. Since my tattoo took so long, my grandpa actually got ANOTHER tattoo while Tyson was working on me. Will did his tattoo this time, he also tattooed my grandma, and my great uncle while I was being worked on. Will was no exception to the cleanliness seen in the shop. Every time he switched customers he cleaned his ENTIRE workstation and opened up brand new sterile equipment. Cleanliness was just habitual here at Massive. Once Tyson was done, I took a look, and the finished product was absolutely amazing. I could not have been more satisfied; it came out so much better than I had hoped. Tyson absolutely knocked it out of the park. During the entire 4.5 hour session I was never uncomfortable, and I never worried about the end product; I just knew it was going to be perfect. I got a rather detailed tattoo, and his line-work is amazing. You only get your first tattoo once, and I am so glad I got it here. I will definitely be back. Came across Massive Tattoo while looking for a place with reasonable prices and dope artists on Yelp...decided to take the plunge on my first tattoo with them. I was referred to Andrew and the rest is history! Eleven hours after entering this shop at 6pm on Friday the 13th ,I am still able to say this shop is five stars .. I decided last minute to head over here because I saw @stevenjackson on Instagram showing the different tattoo sheets that had a variety of different choices that called to a variety of my fandoms ... when I first arrived I had about two or three tattoos that were on my radar for the $20 tattoo special ..If you're unfamiliar with Friday the 13th tattoos typically a variety of tattoo artists will do $13 dollar tattoos with mandatory tips .. each shop has its own set of rules .. I have five other ones from past Friday the 13th and am working on getting a total of thirteen.. this was my sixthBe warned !! If you opt to do Friday the 13th Tattoos get here early and be prepared to wait .. why? Because this is an epic deal by artists who have loyal customers who want to pick up an epic deal but also the guys in this shop are ARTISTS not just folks who are looking to collect your money and get you out of here ... When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Bryson (sorry if it's spelled wrong ) he was trying to keep track of everything in the masses of people ..Usually I make it a point to be one of the first few customers at the shops I hit on Friday the 13th but today things didn't go as planned and I ended up decided last minute to check this shop out and was so pleased that the staff helping out to manage getting people set up with artists and stations clean ..All the artists kept smiles on their face and have been tattooing since 9am 1/13 and three of them are still with customers now at almost 5:30am..While being here I ran into lots of people who never knew what this event entails which is why I said Prepare to wait if you don't arrive early!!! These guys are working hard and legit are killing themselves in order to give you a great deal and participate in marketing and getting stuff done for people ...While waiting I got the chance to talk to Bryson and not only did he work till 9am but he has a baseball game at 10am today yet he also kept a smile ....I took time to go to the back area to sit on the sofa and got the chance to talk Andrew another artist in the shop and he was super friendly and I saw his work and it was awesome..Hector was super upbeat and had a loyal following waiting for him and is here still tattooing and Nick was dancing and still is knocking em out ... When it was finally my turn I was able to get the artist I requested which was Steven and he not only still had a smile but he was willing to  add some color to my Harry Potter "Always" Tattoo  which I am in love with for $30.. Tara was super helpful and knocked it out of the park with her amazing service and smile ..I will add photos later but I just wanted to give this review while it was fresh on my mind and to let it be known that yesYou will wait if you come here in Friday the 13th but you won't be turned away and you will leave with amazing work and humble artists who have the type of energy where I want to support and give my money ...Definitely check them all out on Instagram and go in for a consult it is somewhere I completely can get behind and am happy to have work by ... Nick is an amazing Tattoo Artist! I met Nick, by chance at my work and he told me about Massive tattoo. I told him that I had a ten year old tattoo that needed, well... tender, loving care. I went to the shop and he said he could fix it. I asked what he was going to do. Which he replied "I'm going to dazzle you". Which he did. I'm 3 sessions into my back piece with Nick. Went to Dave Logue (owner) for my first ever tattoo and I'm so happy with my experience from start to finish. First off,  the shop is gorgeous. Funky, chic with a fine attention to detail. Steven Jackson moved me enough to write my first yelp review, and I am so honored to have been tattooed by such an amazing talent. I came to him with an unfinished tattoo coverup that is very sentimental to me to see if I could trust him with completing the piece. Simply based on the choice of words he used when describing how he could help me with my tattoo, I could tell that he respected it and that I could trust him with my vision. With as much talent as this artist has demonstrated on his previous pieces, I just knew Steven was going to be booked out for a while. I was surprised and enthusiastic to find out that I would be tattooed by an up and coming talent, and privileged to have an original by this soon to be renowned artist. Steven made room for me in his tight schedule to bless my piece with his craft, and the end result was nothing short of stunning. My tattoo is show stopping because of the love he put into it, which ultimately was the magic that brought my vision to life. I love Massive Tattoo. Val was recommended to me by multiple people (my hair dresser, my friend and a couple of work people) and I had my first and only for now tattoo done by her! She helped me figure out what I was really wanting. Her pricing was very reasonable and I was very pleased with my art work. Her husband did one of my friend's tattoo (half a sleeve) and he did an awesome job! My friend is now going to go to Val to get her first tattoo done this month.
