General Info
Noelin started his tattoo career in Alaska in 1997. After his apprenticeship and a short stent in Idaho he made his way to Las Vegas in '03 with a couple hundred dollars to his name and a pair of tattoo machines. From here he worked from shop to shop before taking a step back and opening his own private studio in '08 named Inkfx. After 8 years of working as a solo artist, Noelin joined the team at Basilica tattoo in 2016 as one of their full time resident artist. In the coming years he wishes to paint more and travel with tattooing.

I first came to Noelin last year to have him rework a tattoo that was in desperate need of help. He was able to bring new life into it and make it something I can be proud of. I was so impressed with his skills cleaning up someone else's mess I couldn't wait to see what he could do on fresh skin. It has been a life long dream of mine to get a full sleeve. I picked the theme, gave him a few pictures of things I liked and let him do his thing. I felt confident in letting him create something that would fit my arm, go together well and be a picture rather than just an arm full of tattoos. I now have a beautiful fantasy themed fairy garden on my arm. The colors are vibrant and the details are amazing. It is everything I hoped for and more than I could've every imagined. Thank you Noelin, you are the Fairy King!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MEANINGFUL TATTOO THAT TURNS HEADS, INKFX IS THE WAY TO GO!
One of my biggest regrets with my tattoo was not spending the time to make it meaningful. Years of searching for an artist to help with the cover-up usually ended in failure as the artist advised to laser off the tattoo first or they suggested a type of artwork that I was not interested in. The first time I heard about Noelin and my friend handed me his business card, the uniqueness of the card alone foreshadowed the artistic genius that Noelin is. During the consultation visit, Noelin asked for things I am interested in and gave suggestions that guided me on what areas within my interests would get me the best cover up while being meaningful for me. I can sincerely say that I would never have envisioned my cover-up to look this AMAZING! Noelin’s ability to cover-up a tattoo with a piece that is a great work of art in its own right is truly representative of his skills. I was also impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Julie and the cleanliness & uniqueness of the studio. Make your next tattoo (& the experience of getting it) memorable. TRUST ME when I say that you will not be disappointed with INKFX.

My wife and I have been going to InkFX tattoo for years. Noelin does great work and will design a tattoo from your idea. Don't go anywhere else if you are near Las Vegas.

I first came to Noelin last year to have him rework a tattoo that was in desperate need of help. He was able to bring new life into it and make it something I can be proud of. I was so impressed with his skills cleaning up someone else's mess I couldn't wait to see what he could do on fresh skin. It has been a life long dream of mine to get a full sleeve.
