Just ended a recent trip where a friend and I wanted tattoos and another one wanted a piercing.  After shopping around some other shops, we decided to try here since the other shops weren't very accommodating. Talk about serendipitous, because our experience was the one of the highlights of the trip. Clay did work on all three of us and once we told him what we wanted he worked with us on price since we both wanted very small semi colons and I wanted a three word lettering. Their prices for piercings are also very good. That's just the beginning because the tattooing it's self was the best my friend and I have ever had. Clay was very attentive to making us comfortable and making sure everything was well placed. The phrase I got is some of the best lettering I've ever seen. I have been and will continue to recoupment this shop to anyone who has a passion for ink. I also will be making future visits because I don't want to get tattooed anywhere else. Read Less

This was the BEST atmosphere , kind, loving and talented shop from the minute I inquired about a tattoo and piercing ... to the communication and prompt response to going then into the shop and starting the process .. Matt is amazing and this man has talent and is super sweet and clay who did my piercing and assisted ... everyone came together and motivated one another and motivated me . I felt like what I was getting was so not original but Matt said it has meaning and own it lol such a sweetie ... we all talked and they got me through it . We gave hugs to one another and after the tattoo Matt walked me through the after care of my tattoo and then clay did the same thing after my piercing lol I was more scared for that and I held Matt's hand lol and almost had a reflex attack ha ha and he grabbed my other hand like such a kind and genuine vibe .. let me know about sanitation and all the work done from other clients I saw looked amazing, they are all super talented and care  !!! And to any negative reviews that sucks you had that experience and they would totally welcome you back in to fix whatever U felt was not what u expected they are those group of business , professional staff ! But with that being said who cares they are 420 friendly key word friendly it's legal and curing and making love to life so there's nothing but positivity and cures from it so there lol & anyone who smokes goes outside no one is smoking a cloud of yummy in your face so Please let that go .. all I know is I'm a customer for life thank you all at ink masters ! Though we waited some time after my app. time, the process and experience was great. Got my belly button piercing done by Clay! Looks amazing, talked and prepped me through what he was doing, what to buy to take care of it, etc. Amazing, caring, fair price for the piercing/everything that comes with it. He offered $10off because of the wait time, but I gave him the original price as a tip, because of how well he treated me - he was nice and understanding!Area: Don't be judgmental, I believe its a hidden gem that gets overlooked.Volume: Loud music, friendly people, etc.Customer Service: Got acknowledged, taken care of, and while we waited, was reassured and given est. time of when Clay would arrive.I noticed how artists were careful about sanitation, clean hands before and after, and never using previously used equipment. Noticed that tools were packaged. There were seats and stations, a restroom, water, etc.As always, filled out paper work with personal medical inquiries, etc.They do have animals in the shop- a desert lizard (I think..) and a small cute dog!Waited a bit longer than I would have liked to, but honestly was worth the trip, wait, and experience. I love this place. Clay is my tattoo artist that I have had for years! He does amazing work and I never leave not satisfied with what I have tattooed on me. The environment of the shop is wonderful. Everybody makes you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in. Clay always makes sure I end up happy with the result at the end of my tattoo and always gives me the best advice and honest critiques that would make the tattoo better. I really recommend coming to this shop. The people are great and the prices are great too! I never feel like I over pay for my tattoo and I get the work I pay for. LOVED THIS PLACE!! Went into this location the other day with my mom and my two sisters. My youngest sister was getting her first tattoo and all three of us also decided to get pierced last minute. My youngest sister got her cartilage, my oldest sister got a neck dermal, and I got my conch. The piercer was amazing. To start off, he came in at total last minute, on his own free time just to help us! He was so down to earth, definitely knew what he was doing. Talked us through every single step and made me feel very comfortable. Not only was all of us pleased with our piercings, but my sister is in love with her new tat. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the man that did my sister's tattoo but his work is beautiful and he was so sweet! Sweet T was amazing as well! She's so energetic and you can just tell she loves what she does. She answered any questions we had and even gave us her phone number to contact her if we had any additional questions since we are not from the town. Overall, they gave us a great deal on everything after finding out my mom was paying for everything. Our experience was the best we've ever had and I HIGHLY recommend this location! My daughter and I wanted matching tattoos. We live in Los Angeles and had to find an artist who specializes in watercolor tattoo AND would do work for a long period as we were driving to Vegas from LA. Sweet T responded to our inquiry promptly. She answered all of our questions, prepared various art ahead of time, and schedule our appointment for an 18-hour work window given our personal circumstances. She talked about work placement, future tattoos we might consider, the nature of watercolor work and aftercare, and just about anything we asked questions about. She regularly attends conventions and is up-to-date and even a pioneer in some of the water color techniques. I can't say enough about this woman or the parlor. Everyone was friendly and professional. The parlor was clean, organized, and had a broad range of clientele--all sober and there to get work done. They made my teenager very comfortable.Our work came out spectacular. She spent about 8 hours on each of us, and it was painless, original, and....well, I can't say enough. We are already planning our next visit! Sweet T and this parlor are a place you will go back to again and again for years to come! Read Less
