Love my ink work and Josh was awesome.Highly recommend Bluenote Tattoo 10 out of 5.Josh did a pain free and satisfying line work. His shading just exceeded my expectations.Exceptionally happy with my girl, I'll gladly rub lotion on her for the rest of my mortal life.

Got a tattoo from Krystof, he's the owner. It looks like a child drew it or that he was late to school and had to do his homework before class. I just wanted a simple tattoo of my happy place, and now all I see when I look at it are the imperfections of an "artist" whom didn't take my tattoo seriously. I couldn't even get another artist to cover it up. Getting laser removal. If you go here, be sure to be specific about what you want, and assertive. This is just pathetic.I've attached pictures. The vertice on the top right of the octagon points in the downward direction instead of to the eighth one behind the tree. Further, the rectagunlar panel that extends down from there isn't as wide as my picture. Even more, the lines aren't straight and are curved. The tree looks awkward and childish in the center above the first set of shrubbery. The lower left part of the lake isn't curved properly, and has swollen and scarred. And finally, he doesn't put every detail on the stencil before he starts doing the tattoo. Be careful with this guy, hell come up with the details on the fly. If you notice the bottom part of the eye the ink didn't take, must be low quality. Unlike this fraud, I brought receipts. Notice how in his response he's salty over me wanting the details of my tattoo of my happy place to look as I want it. In fact he condescends. We have an email thread of me laying out explicit details of what I wanted and him saying he couldn't do it. The reason I have a second picture is because I've drawn a better one, at the same size. I've been to 3 other tattoo shops, one recognised Krystof by name and laughed, audibly at my tattoo. Krystof is lazy artisically. He told me the details I wanted would ruin the tattoo. He wanted to do it his way. And he will only consider your design the day before your appointment, but you have to deposit $100 non refundable when you book your appointment. My only mistake was believing him. Honestly, the nebulous design of the stencil didn't look that bad. But in ink, on my skin, he missed the mark. I'm telling you be assertive, the guy thinks he's hot stuff.He mentions me having a tattoo by him in my profile picture. One, that picture is me celebrating having lost 40lbs. Two, it's a picture of an idea, and those ideas are mine, the only thing that's yours are the imperfecions of the picture. And three, just because I liked a tattoo you did doesn't excuse you lackadaisically approaching this one. You didn't mention I needed you to touch up my shoulder piece either, did you? You narcissistic, post hoc ergo propter hoc hack. My apologies for not posting the pictures immediately, I was embarrassed.

Bluenote Tattoo is the best tattoo shop in Vegas. Friendly staff, chill and relaxed atmosphere with great music. Krystof is a talented, experienced artist that makes you feel comfortable every step of the way -- from planning, setting up an appointment, to the tattoo process itself and aftercare details. Definitely my favorite tattoo experience so far, and if I get more ink, it'll be here.

So I call ahead of time and ask to speak with an artist and Josh Herrera gets on the phone. I asked him if he had time for a small hand tattoo and he asked me what I want done. I told him the word, BREATHE (7 letters) and the idea and he asked me when I wanted to come in and I say within the hour. He told me to come in and we'd "sketch something out". I get there and I'm talking to Josh and he's tattooing already. Hmmm... anyway, I told him again what I told him over the phone and where I want my tattoo and he that's a lot for that space. Really??? We're talking above my wrist here, not on a finger, which by the way I've seen the same word on fingers so I know my request is reasonable. I've seen bigger tattoos on smaller areas so immediately I'm puzzled. He asked me if I had any other exposed tattoos. I told him about my other tattoos and that where they are. Not exposed but... so what? He goes on to tell me that he won't do my tattoo because I don't have any other exposed tattoos and he wouldn't want to get in the way of me getting a job or anything... WTF??? I told him that I'm not concerned about that. He then says that it's "one of the rules" that he follows and he mentioned some nonsense about morals (he really did) - I told him I'd never heard of such a thing. I personally didn't know there were rules and morals involved in tattooing nor did I go there for a lesson on proper tattoo placement and tattoo ethics. Josh needs to stick to tattooing and not be concerned with where people want their tattoos. It's none of his business and he's overstepping his boundaries. If I don't get a job (he doesn't even know if I'm looking for one, retired, business owner, etc.), that's something I'll have to deal with. Not you, Josh.

I came into town to visit my Mother and only person I would trust in Vegas to do my Ink is Krystof a friend going back to my High school days and beyond. Kristof and Lesley, who were absolutely AWESOME about fitting this Massachusetts guy into their scheduling so that I could get inked in Vegas in a short window. Krystof did a Super job Kristof and Lesley are great people and very welcoming. I highly recommend making an appointment and getting into the Bluenote to get your next tat. I came into town to visit some family and it seems to have become tradition for me to get inked wherever I go. My family are friends with Kristof and Lesley, who were absolutely gracious about fitting this Pittsburgh girl into their schedule so that I could get inked in Vegas. Josh did a great job and was extremely personable. Kristof and Lesley are great people and very welcoming. I highly recommend making an appointment and getting into the Blue Note to get your next tat. I know I will!

The people here are simply the best. I started a piece and could only handle sitting for 2-3 hours. Krystoff was such a down to earth guy, it made the time fly by. His artwork is nothing short of amazing. I can't stop looking at my new tattoo. And his wife, who owns the shop with him, is awesome. Both of them were so welcoming, I felt like I had known them for years. They are great people and I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality tattoo.

My husband and I were there yesterday getting some awesome crown tattoos. We are in Phoenix but the entire process was awesome and simple from concept. Krystof and Leslie aka DJ Lady were very efficient in answering all questions prior to arrival. We got to the shop and Krystof had our crown designs waiting. His detail was awesome. Shop was cleansed they played some great tunes. It just might be a place we stop in for our Anniversary next year. Thanks for a great experience.

Krystof and Lesley Conant, owners of Bluenote Tattoo, are amazing souls.I was looking for a reputable shop to get my second tattoo while in town and came across theirs via Yelp. The reviews convinced me to contact them. (NO REGRETS!)All I can say is that Lesley and Krystof make you feel like family.Not only is their communication quick and kind, but the venue is beautiful (and impeccably clean), the music was fabulous, and the artistry - spot on. I got an arm piece, as did my brother. Krystof took our reference images and design ideas and came up with exactly what we wanted. The process was truly fantastic and comfortable. I have ZERO complaints. Plus, they provide the aftercare and instructions, which is a nice touch. I should mention that their prices are fabulous, but that's not the point. The point is that HERE is an artist who loves his craft, makes you feel at ease, and gives you a quality piece of art to keep with you.Whenever I get my next piece, I know exactly where I'm going. I recently received a tattoo from Krystof at Bluenote Tattoo, and I could not be happier with the results! I wanted to add another tattoo to my body to commemorate my recent marriage. Since the artist who did my first tattoo had left Las Vegas a couple years back, I needed to work with someone new. Luckily for me, I did my homework and found the good folks at Bluenote Tattoo. I can't say enough good things about their shop - very clean, welcoming atmosphere which makes for a very kick-ass place to spend some time (6.5 hours in my case) getting your ink done. Krystof (and his fellow artists, each of Ink Master fame) do a really quality job. While I have seen reviews here mentioning the price was a bit higher than others, I didn't find that to be the case. That said, whatever your perspective, the quality of the work you will receive will be well worth any extra dollars you may spend... Trust me, you will be seeing the art for a long time, don't be cheap now and regret it later.I would (and do) recommend this shop to anyone looking for their first/next tattoo. Between the great artistry, welcoming atmosphere, and award winning talent... I can't imagine a better shop in Vegas.

Don't worry about price- this place is quality over quantity and worth every cent!!Relaxed, clean, friendly environment with the sweet undertones of jazz and blues music playing in the background as the sweet sound of tattoo guns hum through the shop.Amazing artists, celebrity guests, and Joey 'Hollywood' Hamilton! He is amazingly down to earth, friendly, and deserving of the title "Ink Master." The shop owner is equally as good of an artist, and his wife is outgoing and friendly.Whether it's the gift of a tattoo, like it was in my case for my fiancee, or looking to add another piece, this is the shop to end all shops. I don't care who your artist is- they can't hold water compared to this place.

Got a tattoo from Krystof, he's the owner. It looks like a child drew it or that he was late to school and had to do his homework before class. I just wanted a simple tattoo of my happy place, and now all I see when I look at it are the imperfections of an "artist" whom didn't take my tattoo seriously. I couldn't even get another artist to cover it up. Getting laser removal. If you go here, be sure to be specific about what you want, and assertive. This is just pathetic.I've attached pictures. The vertice on the top right of the octagon points in the downward direction instead of to the eighth one behind the tree. Further, the rectagunlar panel that extends down from there isn't as wide as my picture. Even more, the lines aren't straight and are curved. The tree looks awkward and childish in the center above the first set of shrubbery. The lower left part of the lake isn't curved properly, and has swollen and scarred. And finally, he doesn't put every detail on the stencil before he starts doing the tattoo. Be careful with this guy, hell come up with the details on the fly. If you notice the bottom part of the eye the ink didn't take, must be low quality. Unlike this fraud, I brought receipts. Notice how in his response he's salty over me wanting the details of my tattoo of my happy place to look as I want it. In fact he condescends. We have an email thread of me laying out explicit details of what I wanted and him saying he couldn't do it. The reason I have a second picture is because I've drawn a better one, at the same size. I've been to 3 other tattoo shops, one recognised Krystof by name and laughed, audibly at my tattoo. Krystof is lazy artisically. He told me the details I wanted would ruin the tattoo. He wanted to do it his way. And he will only consider your design the day before your appointment, but you have to deposit $100 non refundable when you book your appointment. My only mistake was believing him. Honestly, the nebulous design of the stencil didn't look that bad. But in ink, on my skin, he missed the mark. I'm telling you be assertive, the guy thinks he's hot stuff.He mentions me having a tattoo by him in my profile picture. One, that picture is me celebrating having lost 40lbs. Two, it's a picture of an idea, and those ideas are mine, the only thing that's yours are the imperfecions of the picture. And three, just because I liked a tattoo you did doesn't excuse you lackadaisically approaching this one. You didn't mention I needed you to touch up my shoulder piece either, did you? You narcissistic, post hoc ergo propter hoc hack. My apologies for not posting the pictures immediately, I was embarrassed.

So I call ahead of time and ask to speak with an artist and Josh Herrera gets on the phone. I asked him if he had time for a small hand tattoo and he asked me what I want done. I told him the word, BREATHE (7 letters) and the idea and he asked me when I wanted to come in and I say within the hour. He told me to come in and we'd "sketch something out". I get there and I'm talking to Josh and he's tattooing already. Hmmm... anyway, I told him again what I told him over the phone and where I want my tattoo and he that's a lot for that space. Really??? We're talking above my wrist here, not on a finger, which by the way I've seen the same word on fingers so I know my request is reasonable. I've seen bigger tattoos on smaller areas so immediately I'm puzzled. He asked me if I had any other exposed tattoos. I told him about my other tattoos and that where they are. Not exposed but... so what? He goes on to tell me that he won't do my tattoo because I don't have any other exposed tattoos and he wouldn't want to get in the way of me getting a job or anything... WTF??? I told him that I'm not concerned about that. He then says that it's "one of the rules" that he follows and he mentioned some nonsense about morals (he really did) - I told him I'd never heard of such a thing. I personally didn't know there were rules and morals involved in tattooing nor did I go there for a lesson on proper tattoo placement and tattoo ethics. Josh needs to stick to tattooing and not be concerned with where people want their tattoos. It's none of his business and he's overstepping his boundaries. If I don't get a job (he doesn't even know if I'm looking for one, retired, business owner, etc.), that's something I'll have to deal with. Not you, Josh.

The people here are simply the best. I started a piece and could only handle sitting for 2-3 hours. Krystoff was such a down to earth guy, it made the time fly by. His artwork is nothing short of amazing. I can't stop looking at my new tattoo. And his wife, who owns the shop with him, is awesome. Both of them were so welcoming, I felt like I had known them for years. They are great people and I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality tattoo.

My husband and I were there yesterday getting some awesome crown tattoos. We are in Phoenix but the entire process was awesome and simple from concept. Krystof and Leslie aka DJ Lady were very efficient in answering all questions prior to arrival. We got to the shop and Krystof had our crown designs waiting. His detail was awesome. The reviews convinced me to contact them. (NO REGRETS!)All I can say is that Lesley and Krystof make you feel like family.Not only is their communication quick and kind, but the venue is beautiful (and impeccably clean), the music was fabulous, and the artistry - spot on. I got an arm piece, as did my brother. Krystof took our reference images and design ideas and came up with exactly what we wanted. The process was truly fantastic and comfortable. I have ZERO complaints. Plus, they provide the aftercare and instructions, which is a nice touch. I should mention that their prices are fabulous, but that's not the point. I have several tattoos from KRYSTOF one is in a Total Ink Magazine. KRYSTOF is an AWSOME Artiest, great guy and Real clean layback shop. You can't go wrong with a BlueNote Tattoo. go to vegas and get some MOJO Ink From a Great guy.

He is more than capable of turning your vision into an incredible work of art. Krystof and his wife Lesley are genuine, caring business owners and it truly shows when you walk into this shop. I always encourage my family and friends to see Krystof if they are interested in a tattoo, because he is a fantastic artist and businessman. I would never go anywhere else!

I recently received a tattoo from Krystof at Bluenote Tattoo, and I could not be happier with the results! I wanted to add another tattoo to my body to commemorate my recent marriage. Since the artist who did my first tattoo had left Las Vegas a couple years back, I needed to work with someone new. Luckily for me, I did my homework and found the good folks at Bluenote Tattoo. I can't say enough good things about their shop - very clean, welcoming atmosphere which makes for a very kick-ass place to spend some time (6.5 hours in my case) getting your ink done. Krystof (and his fellow artists, each of Ink Master fame) do a really quality job. While I have seen reviews here mentioning the price was a bit higher than others, I didn't find that to be the case. That said, whatever your perspective, the quality of the work you will receive will be well worth any extra dollars you may spend... Trust me, you will be seeing the art for a long time, don't be cheap now and regret it later.I would (and do) recommend this shop to anyone looking for their first/next tattoo. Between the great artistry, welcoming atmosphere, and award winning talent... I can't imagine a better shop in Vegas.

Don't worry about price- this place is quality over quantity and worth every cent!!Relaxed, clean, friendly environment with the sweet undertones of jazz and blues music playing in the background as the sweet sound of tattoo guns hum through the shop.Amazing artists, celebrity guests, and Joey 'Hollywood' Hamilton! He is amazingly down to earth, friendly, and deserving of the title "Ink Master." The shop owner is equally as good of an artist, and his wife is outgoing and friendly.Whether it's the gift of a tattoo, like it was in my case for my fiancee, or looking to add another piece, this is the shop to end all shops. I don't care who your artist is- they can't hold water compared to this place.
