The staff was unprofessional and unorganized. After creating our design and setting up the station, the female staff finally decided to inform us you need to be 18- even though both of my parents were there. Apparently she didn't review our information form. Why have us fill out an information sheet if you have no intention on reading it??? Wasted 40 minutes there to find this out. Even though we could not get an appointment with her artist Nico, Peter took both my son and I in as walk ins and he did an amazing job with the art piece my son drew for our mother son tattoo.
