After calling ahead and being told that yes they do tattoo minors, I went in today to possibly get my 17 year old daughter a tattoo. The guy that helped us had the nerve to tell us that he personally DOES NOT tattoo underaged GIRLS but he DOES tattoo underaged BOYS. I told him that he was sexist and I left the shop. This place should not discriminate based on gender. It’s shocking to me that they are still in business. I could understand not wanting to tattoo underaged kids but underaged girls, WHAT???? Bad customer service. This place is ridiculously overpriced compared to other tattoo/piercing shops in Las Vegas. I stopped in to ask a simple question. The guy was very short with me, very irritated, and completely brushed me off. I'm guessing he's mad cause they get 2 customers per week. The place is always empty when I walk by. Terrible. The lady working at the front desk was rude and had an attitude as well had the piercer. I asked to have my jewelry changed out and she couldn't do it, didn't even offer to sterilize my jewelry for me. Then I asked what Jewelry do they have and she said the same as what is in your bag, and then I asked again " what kind of jewelry do you have" they said surgical steel, which is not the jewelry that I had in my bag I use anatometal. Had to get my nose re-pierced after it closed quickly (in just 13 hours!) after having to take it out briefly.  I forget my piercers name but she did such a great job at making sure I was comfy with the procedure.  Made sure I was happy with the placement before piercing it.  Never made me feel rushed.  Everything she opened was sterile and opened right in front if me.  Would definitely come back in the future if I had other piercings done.  I didn't really notice a lot of displays for piercings though.  Just the one glass display off to the side.  So there may not be a lot of choices to choose from.  Lucky for me she had exactly what I needed . Made to pay 50% up front when making the booking. I changed my mind (wanted laser removal before coverup) and told "bad luck" no refunds. I was also told that a great deal of time and effort had gone into the design and that's why no money back. When I asked to see the design they showed me a generic piece of flash. Overall the best possible experience to have when getting any piercing. It's frightening and exciting as it is but Sam was the best. Although we were sitting in the middle of a tattoo shop, she definitely made it feel like home. Took care of me and two friends. I had gotten my septum pierced here by Samm. She is amazing!!! It was almost painless and she knew what she was doing. It healed nice and I haven't had any issues with it. I had gotten it in October and I'm thinking of going back for more piercings. Took my daughter in for a couple of cartilage piercings, and Samm was amazing!  She completely put my daughter at ease by helping her decide where to place them and explaining what she would be doing at each step. I just got a tattoo here today and it was amazing, I have had work done before but at another shop. The staff here is great, Sam is the gal at the front and she is super sweet and helpful. Mike did my art piece of a rib cage with flowers in it. Total time was 2hrs,  very detailed with color and they got me in that day! He is light handed so don't worry if your not into pain also NO BLOOD or Tears were shed!!! Got my second lobe piercing here and Samm was amazing! That was my second piercing but my first time being pierced with a needle and she made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. I would definitely recommend her and I will definitely be back for my third ear piercing down the road! I went in today for my septum piercing! Samm was amazing!! She does everything correctly and is very understanding. Unfortunately for me, I didn't do so well as a customer. After receiving the the pierce, I got a little under. However Samm came Timmy rescue and took care of me and made me feel calm and comfortable for my first ever piercing. I highly recommend !!!! The cover-up he did for me was unbelievable not only did I appreciate the fantastic work Patrick did also the cleanliness of the shop and the professionalism during the tattoo very well done it's already on its way to heal and it's been 3 days we're as opposed to where I got the initial work done.... I took my friend here to get his tongue pierced and ended up getting an awesome vibe from kelly. So I went back to him the next week to get my cheek repierced. He noticed that the previous piercer had pierced them uneven so he measured them up and made sure they were even. He triple checked as well as having me check each time.
