Went there for Friday the 13th tattoos. The staff were super friendly, personable, and the artwork was great. On any other day I would've given them 5 stars...
My complaint is that when I signed up at 3:20 I was told I would be in around 6, at 8 I was told 3 more hours, and finally at 10 I still had 13 people in front of me so it would have been another 3-4 hours.
I understand that when you run specials like this things get beyond crazy and hectic.
At the same time I feel that as a business you need to focus on getting people taken care of in a timely/orderly fashion...actually following the "first come-first served" rules that were set.

Today I received my first tattoo ever and it was my daughters name, I have to say felicity is such a talented artist and an overall good person, she added such great touches to the piece during the process I was more than satisfied with the overall outcome. I will definitely continue to go to her with all my future business.

Even though the wait was really long to get our friday the 13th tattoo, they were very nice to us. And i totally understand that only one tattoo arts can only do so much i am so happy with my tattoo!!...

Great experience. The tattoo I got was amazing. She took my image and tweaked it just like I wanted and even through in some of her own ideas. Felicity is the last tattoo artist that I will go too. The quality of her work leaves you speechless in my opinion. The shop is very inviting and relaxing, which is what you want when getting tattooed. I can not tell you how awesome my experience was, there just aren't enough words to express it. I totally recommend Felicity for your next tattoo.

This is not your typical tattoo place. It's very inviting and has a home like feel to it. Felicity did mine and I will never go anywhere else again, I've finally found the right artist and comfortable tattoo shop. Erick is the other artist there and he as well does great work, Felicity and Erick are very welcoming and friendly. You've gotta go here for your next tattoo, whether it's a cover up (I got), fixing a tattoo that another place screwed up, first tattoo (perfect place to experience that), or just another Tattoo, you'll really be happy with the results and enjoy your time while getting it. Thank you so much for such a great tattoo and comfortable environment.!!

Our Friend Jake, my niece Cheyenne and I went in here today to check things out, and get prices on a tat that Jake wants done ... we walked out with me getting my older cross I got like 14 years ago re-colored and added to ... and Jake got his very first tattoo !!! Eric did ours, and they are awesome !!! Felicity was busy redoing another gal's and it was amazing too !!! We all will be back for more for sure !!!

Great experience. The tattoo I got was amazing. She took my image and tweaked it just like I wanted and even through in some of her own ideas. Felicity is the last tattoo artist that I will go too.
