I get tattoos. I'm slowly running out of space. It's my thing. Each session is a form of therapy for me. Almost like a bloodletting to purge my system of impurities that poison my soul. Yea...tattoos are a big deal to me. That being said, the artist I choose to do my work is a major decision to me. It's almost a life choice because, duh, what they put on you is there for life and getting it off, if you chose poorly, costs more than getting it on. And with that I will say, no matter who you choose at Tenth Sanctum, you will choose wisely. The staff here is made up of veteran artists from an existing shop in the local area. Lead by Jeremy(Fierto) Cruz, they bring to the table, some of the best talent under one roof. Most regulars of his prior employer will also be aware of the artists who made the migration with him. Dave(Dup) Koenig, known by many for his unique art style and extreme talent behind the needle, joins the ranks along with Jay and Tobias (extremely sorry, but I don't know their last names...bad me) to round out a team of heavy hitters on their industry. I've been having Fierto do my work since around 2003 and he's been my go to artist since. His ability to capture portrait quality images in his craft is his strongest arrow in his quiver. He range is amazing but his portraits are his top draw. He brought life to my portrait of my late grandpa and shined in his work on all my "Aliens" tattoos. I have no problem tearing off my clothes to strangers and pridefully saying who does my work. And with the piece he did for my yesterday, I can still promote him and his new shop with pride and recommend it without a second thought. And I'm not alone in this praise as most these talents are booked for months out so if you want a great piece from any one of these wizards, you probably should get your rear in gear and head there. The wait for them will only get longer. They treat everyone with respect and have a great time doing what they love. The shop is very clean and has a great vibe, perfect for the work they do. Tattoos are a labor of love and you feel it in this place. I highly recommend anyone who craves some ink to get over here. Plus...sometimes Jay buys beefsticks and shares them! D'Brickashaw, the Ex-Wife eating T-Rex, got one! So on that note I can end with the usual "put those in your facehole! Eat up, Minions!!" Ha!! Got it!! Read Less
