My 5-year-old daughter got her ears pierced here and they were WONDERFUL. She got nervous after we'd gone in, so we left (and they showed absolutely nothing but comfort and sympathy for her being scared, didn't shame her at all). After we'd driven a few blocks, she changed her mind and said she did want to do it, so we went back - and they were all so happy and excited to see her and made her feel like such a rockstar. The piercer (I wish I could remember his name - long brown hair - maybe Christian??) explained absolutely everything that was happening, treated her with such respect and didn't talk down to her, but was super comforting and sweet at the same time, and had my fairly shy girl laughing and smiling. They use the best materials and equipment, and everything was incredibly clean. She didn't even know that the piercing was done - zero pain! And they healed beautifully. When we were finally able to change out the earrings, I let her put in a cheap pair she'd gotten with these plastic backs. Her ears turned really red and angry looking, and I took her back thinking she'd had an allergic reaction. It turns out she'd pushed the plastic backing into the hole - OUCH! The same guy who'd pierced her ears took SUCh great care of her and was so gentle with her - he knew he was hurting her getting it out and you could see it hurt him to do it, but she trusted him completely to fix it. So extremely disappointed with my experience here. My girlfriend and I had been so excited to get two very simple, small tattoos. Nothing extravagant. Literally no color, two tiny birds on each of our arms. When we went in the artist behind the counter was so friendly. However, the artist doing our tattoos was not. He was short and impatient with us while we decided between two designs in which we were going to get. It took us maybe 5 minutes TOPS to decide. He told us we needed to google what we wanted and to quit looking at other peoples tattoos. We walked back and I ended up saying something to the artist because he was making it uncomfortable for the two of us, for he wouldn't make eye contact and was not talking to us. He proceeded to tell us we were an hour late and he had us penciled in for an hr earlier... (my flight didn't even land until 10 minutes prior to arriving)... needless to say we got two small black birds on each of our wrists... they look nothing like birds and I now know why I have not gotten a tattoo for over 15 yrs. Horror stories like this. My bird looks like a lightning bolt on my arm... I will have to pay ANOTHER $60 to get this fixed. I would recommend this place to NO ONE... the guy was a complete jerk and he now has left me with beakless black bolts on my arm. Thanks for that!! My daughter wanted a tattoo for her birthday and Eternal Tattoo was the only place open at 10:00 a.m. so we went there. Eric did her first one and he did an amazing job. Still love looking at it. Jake did her second and his is equally amazing!!! She has had a total of 4 done in a little of a year and each one is unique and beautiful. I had gotten a tattoo here before and had a great experience with all of the artists, so I figured I would give their piercing service a try. Christian is fantastic, he explained every step and made sure I was always comfortable. He explained the aftercare and made sure I knew I could call with any questions. I just got a piercing done today the guy took 2 hours to pierce 2 people  and I just looked at it and it's no where near my belly button and the guy pierced me twice and just said "oh it went too deep" but it's a half an inch above  my belly button!  I'm fucking pissed I've had this done 3 times in my life and never had this issue I want a refund!!!!!!!!!!! I brought here and the atmosphere was calm relaxing, clean, the couches, oh my word those couches I could of fell asleep on them they were so comfortable. The service was a 10!!!
