A few years back, Nick did a small tattoo for me. He was professional and very friendly. 3 months ago, I called to set up an appointment, and whoever answered, seemed as if I was an inconvenience, so I never went. Fast forward to today. I went down for my daughter to get a piercing, and did not realize that because she was underage, she needed her birth certificate. I brought it back and we were a go. Here is my problem though, the 2 males sitting at the front desk did not greet us. In fact, it felt as if we were disturbing them. When we came back, there was no type or glimpse of customer service. The piercer was one of them. I dont expect a life story to be told, but there was minimal talk, and I really wished he took the time to explain to my daughter the process and tools that are used in her piercing, it was her first. My daughter got minimal info on how to care for her nose piercing. It was 20 dollars. I gave him a 50 and told him to keep the change. I didnt do it because of the atmosphere or experience. I did it because we will never go back, and they might as as well enjoy the most money they will ever get from me. I really liked Nick, he did work for 2 of my friends, but unfortunately, I will never go back. Hey Authentic Ink, i get you have your own vibe and attitude about your shop.
