Horrible place to get a piercing. I informed the piercer I was allergic to nickel and he still put stainless steel in my ear which contains nickel and he also pierced my daith in the wrong location. It became infected I had to take it out and once it heals I will have to go somewhere else and have it repierced costing me more money Read Less

The owner got mad when my friend showed me the stencil of her tattoo and I said I like it but I just think the leaves are kind of big. The owner was like “oh you can come and draw it yourself” lol I was like....hey as an artist you should be used to constructive criticism by now but he had a horrible attitude about a comment I made to my friend..not even him. Me and my wife got ring tattoos from this place prior to this incident but going back with my friend and experiencing the owners piss poor attitude...pretty sure I will never give my business to this place and wouldn’t recommend based on the arrogant attitude. I want to write this comment to not dog on my artist but just to maybe take time to listen to clients in the future because it’s something that’s there for life...sadly I love my tattoo itself..the font is exactly what I wanted and it was done beautifully....I just received ring tattoos and I specifically wore my rings and had my fiancé wear his ring because we wanted our tattoos to sit right under our rings so when we had them on it would not stick out which I explained to m...y artist...I asked him if he would like to mark where my ring sat on my finger so this could be done and he responded that he did not need to mark it because he could tell by looking at my finger where the ring sat...I should have deff been more direct and insisted that it be marked even after that since this is permanent...I went to put on my rings on tonight and it was much lower then where my ring sat on my finger which I didn’t want...it deff could have been hidden under my ring like I wanted if it would have been marked..unfortunately what’s done is done...again I want to say that the tattoo itself is beautiful but I just wish he would have listened and just took that extra 20sec to mark it like I wanted to ensure that you give your clients exactly what they want since they are paying for the service... Got a tattoo in November 16 of 2016 it was a knife with a eagle head on handle also with a banner running across it for my buddy who was like a brother. He was very important to me he was killed in a car crash on 370. This was my very first tattoo at age 17. It was special so I wanted it perfect. Donald Bless was the one who did my tattoo and it was horrible. First off if ur pissed because u didn't check the age on the license noticing I was a minor so I needed to do paper work that's his fault. I did paperwork got it notarized and came back he was piss said whatever and get in the chair so we can get this done. Got done with tattoo after it healed I noticed lines ran together that were not supposed to and not just that two months later the lines are faded now I know it's supposed to fade but I have patches of lines faded and parts of lines are thicker than the other. Donald Bless did a horrible job I will not go back and I will not let any friends or family either they took little over 250 and than I put 100 deposit for color but never went in I'm sorry but I want it fixed but won't go back and if I could get my money back I would. My two friends and I live in Iowa and decided on our girl's weekend to get little tattoos together. I have my tattoo guy that I go to religiously but means this was a spur the moment and to get a tattoo in Omaha we wanted a good shop , we checked out a couple before American Tattoo and they were scary and people were lackluster of any enthusiasm for their job . Came in said what we wanted and they took their time to get our information and everything. Made appointments earlier that day and came in got our tattoos . Had my daith pierced here and the next day my bottom ball fell off. They were closed so I went to another shop to get it back on only to find out that he pierced it back too far and the bar he used didn't account for swelling. If I would leave it in, it would eventually have to be surgically removed because my skin would grow over it. I had two piercers at that shop explain the piercing to me and what they would do differently and why. My sister also got her belly button pier...ced that day and he had to do it twice because it wasn't straight the first time. When she got home, she realized it wasn't straight again. Granted his manner was great which is why I gave two stars instead of one. He was really nice but to have two, technically three go wrong, I'm super disappointed. Tried to call and talk about my experience but the shop manager of course wasn't available and the guy I talked to frankly didn't care about my experience. I'd never recommend this place. I have gotten most of my piercings here and meatloaf and the other piercer is always super kind and friendly and has helped me with aftercare without charging me . Only complaint is that when the piercers arent there the other staff is very rude. Last time I went in i stepped up to the front counter and one of the artists just stared at me. So I came in to get a tattoo 04/07 everything was fine tattoos went great for me and my sister. We told the lady what we wanted and I decided I want to add my zodiac sign to the tattoo she had quoted us 140 each and after I said I wanted the zodiac added it would be 150 instead which we were fine with. I put down a deposit so we would have an appt. I put down $40. We came back got the tattoos after we were done I paid another 300 and it slipped my mind until the next day, tha...t we were actually over charged so I call in about it to talk to her and she told me no we weren't over charged and it is how much it was supposed to cost. Then she said something about the costing 150 and 160 each and another thing about them costing 20 more each. I don't know why she kept making up different things but her numbers never added up to me needing to pay 340! Even if they were 150 and 160 each I still got overcharged by 30!!!! And then she told me she don't usually give out refunds! I was overcharged and I am highly pissed that she tried to get over on me! We walked in to find out some details on mine and my two cousins matching tattoos. Eric was able to get 2 of us in right then (the other one got off several hours later) and he worked with us to make sure we stayed under our budget...he made the changes we wanted to a picture we brought in and he was extra careful and attentive to my youngest cousin (this was a belated 18th birthday present).
