FIRST OFF THIS IS A REAL REVIEW EVEN THO THE OWNER MAY SAY IT IS FAKE I DONT CARE ABOUT TATOO COMPETITION NOR KNOW ANY ARTISTS THA I WOULD TRY TO GET MORE BIZ FOR. With that said i got a tat from guns 2 roses some years ago was charged 400 for a 2 inch outline of a dog. Shame on me for being young on not knowing any better shame on guns 2 roses for taking advantage of a dumb teen. I wish i could share a pic of how awful this tat is i am constantly asked if its a lizard or a panther. I wouldn't normally write a bad review, but after hearing that other people have had bad experiences and hearing that the owner wasn't owning up to his mistakes i figured i should share my experience. GUNS 2 ROSES please own up to your mistakes and make things right with people. Not necessarily me either im not looking for a free hand out i have money to cover up your shotty work. But for the sake of your small business that i would like to see succeed please start to show more care about your work please take pride in what you do

They messed up my septum ring! It wasn't pierced straight and when I told the guy about it he said it was my fault for not noticing it sooner. By the way this isn't a fake review.... But nice try thou...
They messed up my septum ring! It wasn't pierced straight and when I told the guy about it he said it was my fault for not noticing it sooner. By the way this isn't a fake review.... But nice try though! I was charged before having it done! I did look at it and said it didn't look quite straight before I left and you said it was probably just swelling and that I should wait a few days and it would look just fine! When I came back in to have it fixed you said I should wait for the first piercing to heal before I could let it close so it doesn't get a fistula! So even if I did have you re-pierce you made it seem like I'd have to have 2 rings in my nose!

I recently got a piercing from Gary and he made it the absolute best experience I could possibly have asked for! The shop was very clean and Gary was very professional! I was super nervous and he made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about everything that was going on. He also numbs which in my book is a huge plus! I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a tattoo or piercing! Guns to Roses was the absolute best!

This is really "that place" in town you should never go to. Especially if you are a female, only go here if you want to be really creeped out by this sketchy dude who owns and runs the place. Aside from the countless instances I've hears about by word of mouth, I went in with my girlfriend years ago for her tattoo. I sure enjoyed this huge dude trying to coerce my girlfriend and her friend to take their tops off, make out, among other things of that nature. Lincoln and surrounding places have some much better talent and welcoming atmosphere, to where you should NOT consider this place.

Asked about a tattoo, was told..he no longer does those. Dude tried to price me out the door with a $600/hour quote for 1 hour... Got my lip pierced...they have great goldfish. Lol

my over all experience was completely fine. my piercings feel normal and they did a good job. the only thing that was off is that the place had a lot of stuff

I got my nose pierced there a couple days ago. The piercing was nice and done well but the place was sketchy and pretty unsanitary.

The atmosphere was just unclean. There were dirty fish tanks, gross old food in a fridge at the front of the shop, and the rings they used to do the piercings were just in a container where you picked...
The atmosphere was just unclean. There were dirty fish tanks, gross old food in a fridge at the front of the shop, and the rings they used to do the piercings were just in a container where you picked through with your hands. . They said they would "sterilize the needle and ring." The bar they used for my piercing was a regular sized bar and not one long enough to accomadate for swelling. I had to go to another piercing shop and have them put in a longer bar for me because my ring started sinking into my skin due to the bar being too short. Also my piercing got infected the day after having it pierced. I have had quite a few piercings and cleaned them correctly like I did this one, but it still got very infected.

This is a review of Gary's concealed handgun permit course that he runs, not the tattoo and piercing business in the adjoining shop. I was really pleased to take the CHP class with Gary to qualify for my Nebraska permit. He's an extremely mild mannered guy and approached the subject matter intelligently. The first part of the class is largely lot of good-quality training videos, and the second part is the Nebraska law portion during which he led and stimulated a lot of thoughtful discussion among the participants. Gary struck me as a very safety focused and risk averse guy, and that obviously is exactly what you want in a CHP trainer. I'd be really comfortable recommending firearms novices to him both men and women, for basic firearms usage and safety training.

I've been wanting a new tattoo for months & knew what & where it was going. Gary talked to me like I was an idiot & said he was not going to place the tattoo where I wanted it. What kind of an artist is that that tells the client his choice of location is stupid. I was so insulted by this it took all I had to not punch him. What a rude businessman.

Let's just say that all of my piercings will be from Gary from now on...even if it means I have to go half way across the country to get them.I got my industrial done about a week and a half ago from Gary. (he owns the place and does tattoos along with piercings) When we walk in, the shop is empty so I didn't have to wait for anyone else. I told him what I wanted and the price was only $50 with jewelry. Now that's not bad at all. I was expecting it to be alot more. When my friend has her's done it cost her $80, so $50 was just fine by me. (oh and you get 10% off if you pay in cash!) He said that we would have to wait about 20 min. while he got everything ready and sterilized everything, so I didn't mind waiting. There's so much to look at in the shop. Pictures, tattoo designs, and a HUGE amount of every different kind of body jewelry you can think of. So it wasn't hard to keep myself entertained.When everything was ready, we all went back to his station. At this point I was getting kinda anxious. Gary was cool and has his own sense of humor which I find hilarious haha. Like he asked my how long I had my ear...haha. He rubbed some numbing stuff on my ear before he did it which helped ALOT. It didn't hurt any worse then getting my lobes done. This place is great and I highly recommend it if you are in the neck of the woods. Gary is known for his cleanliness which is always a plus. Just look for the crazy painted gorilla statues. (:
