I went to Quality Ink to get a tattoo I had been thinking about for while. I talked to Cyrus about it, showed him what I wanted. After a few days I went back to see what he'd drawn up and it was exactly what I wanted. On the first day when he did the outline and shading I found out it was his first skull. He did the outline perfectly and I knew I'd picked the perfect artist. A few weeks later I went back for coloring, it was a great session and came out way better than expected. I've luckily never gotten a tattoo at this shop, and I never will. I've seen multiple tattoos come out of this shop, especially recently. They're all TERRIBLE. Line work is absolutely awful. And now, reading the reviews, I don't understand why anyone would come here. All I see are excuses for the bad reviews. No trying to fix anything. Just straight excuses and rudeness. The shop owner also is head of a facebook tattoo artist hate group. Everyone do yourself a favor and save your skin. Read Less

My husband got a tattoo in memoriam of his mother a few months after she passed. The apprentice that made the sketch of the tattoo did a fantastic job and captured the image that my husband had in his head perfectly. The final result of the tattoo however was another story. The line work was shaky and the color used to fill it in was faded within a few months and there were blowouts everywhere. While waiting for my husband to get his tattoo, I witnessed a mouse running around the shop. There were 3 other people waiting that also witnessed this mouse running around. Needless to say we all had our feet up off the floor for the remainder of the time we were waiting. There were kids running around in and out the entire time we were there. Although all of the people were nice it was overall not the best experience. My husband ultimately went to another shop to have his tattoo fixed. Read Less

Had my first tattoo done here, as previous people said the outside might deter people! But not to worry, the people inside are down to earth, friendly, and welcoming. Leon and Val are amazing individuals. They explain the entire process and put you at ease. Love how honest and straight forward they are, it's much appreciated since it's a hard trait to find nowadays. The only downfall is the wait time, we were there for a few hours. However, we stayed until after closing time and they were nice enough to offer us pizza (who doesn't like pizza?). Their pricing is also reasonable! Which is a bonus. I went in with my friends to get a piercing, the first one got her nipples done no problem, but then I tried to get my septum redone and they didn't order the jewelry, that's fine, I try for a nostril and he gets the needle through but couldn't get the jewelry through so he gave up. My cousin then tried for a lip ring and the same thing happened! He got the needle through, but not the jewelry so he gave up again. How do you get two nipples perfect but can't get a simple lip and nostril ring? Read Less

Went here for my first tattoo the are so welcoming and help you choose and design that you want the atmosphere makes me feel relaxed and they closed at 9 but stayed open for me and even stayed later to give my friend a little tattoo without hesitation.!The only place I will be going for my many more tattoos! My oldest brother got a tattoo here, it was nicely priced and turned out fantastic. My other brother wanted the same tattoo, same price, and in return got something that lacks quality entirely. Not only did it looked rushed, sloppy, and uneven, but it was also tattooed on backwards. Read Less

Leon, the owner, personally completed my tattoo for me and not only did the artwork exceed my expectations on quality and detail but he completed the job really fast! I wanted a simple, black silhouette tree up my left side and some branches crossing partially into my chest area and this guy made a totally realistic looking tree on a relatively large tattoo in about 2.5 to 3 hours! On top of everything else, he was really patient with me and allowed me to take a couple of breaks when my back tensed up on me. All of that and I got the whole thing for a fantastic price. Love this tattoo shop! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Charlie did a great job on my arm, and was very accommodating scheduling-wise.
