I come up from Wyoming to get tattoos done at Outlaw. I found them kind of by mistake about two years ago looking for a shop that accepted walk-ins, and have since gotten six tattoos from Richard, including a cover-up and a multi-session back piece, and I couldn't be happier with the work or the shop environment. I recommend them to everyone I know.
