I got my nipples pierced here by a lady named Angela first of all this lady was very rude & seemed like she did not enjoy her job what so ever & just wanted to get the next client in. Second of all the placement was completely off on both sides I tried questioning it but she assured me that it was just the swelling, days later I was still uncomfortable about the placement. I would of went to the piercer who did it but due to the bad service I went to a different professional who informed me that the placement was way off. After taking the piercing out I called to get my money back and was ignored. Sad you can’t trust professionals these days! Read Less

Wonderful shop! My tattoo is amazing. Very friendly, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean. Chris Hamilton will forever be my go to guy! Although I did get my belly pierced here and had some trouble, but it wasn't my first time with the piercing and I've always had trouble with them. She had to pierce it slightly crooked because of the scar tissue from the previous two times I had it done. She did my sisters and hers is just fine. Read Less

I had an overall great experience here. I got my navel pierced here last year in June at a very affordable price and it looks great. It was quick and virtually painless. I don't recall my piercers name but he was quick and efficient. I also got my daith pierced here. It was also very affordable and the pain was only from inserting jewelry which was made harder due to my small ear but overall it was a great experience. Angela did my piercing most recently and she was very informative and fun to talk to. She made it more humorous so the pain was lessened. It was also a very busy day when I went in but the wait was not at all bad for myself being a walk-in. I 100% recommend them and recently had a friend get her navel done there also. Read Less

I stopped in on a whim to see if I could get a tattoo that day. Mr. Hamilton fit me in between clients and even helped me choose my image. My Robin portrait so far exceeded my expectations! As a formal employee, and customer of Bodyworks, I love the work that Mr. Hamilton has done and the work Steve has done, they are awesome and the only ones so far that have tattooed on me. As for Crystal she is amazing with cover ups and well pretty much anything. She is a master as well as Mr.Hamilton. Jeni is also one of the best artists ive seen in billings. I haven't heard so many things about this shop but it was the most convenient place for a piercing I wanted done in that moment. I went in...it was not busy at all and asked if I could get my industrial done. The young man at the front desk was rude and not very informative. As for the piercer he acted like he was full of himself and was kind of rude...not personable at all. I have had my industrial for a few months now and it still gives me problems and it is sore. I got it checked at a different location and she said he messed it up. The skin on the bottom hole started rejecting it and never quit being sore. I would not recommend anyone to get a piercing here and ever since than if heard horrible stories about that place. Read Less

Mr. Hamilton and Crystal are amazing tattoo artists. My husband and I both got work done and we couldn't be happier. So happy in fact my husband is scheduled for another all day session and has plans on fixing other tattoos in the future, even though we are moving out of state. I have mixed feelings about my tattoo I got here. The tattoo is absolutely beautiful with perfect lines. The staff was very welcoming and the shop is incredibly clean and safe. The down side to this place is that it took way longet than necessary.  I was left waiting for about 45 min past my appointment time and there wasn't anyone else being worked on and my artist kept disappearing for unknown reasons. She must of been gone for a total of 45 min and im pretty sure I paid for that time. Read Less

Worst piercing ever. I went in for a simple cartilage, and apparently Angela was new and hadn't done many (any) before. It took her and another girl 45 minutes and three dropped balls to get the hoop closed. Then, they still charged full price. I'm pissed and in pain. Had they told me she was new, I would NEVER had done the piercing today. Read Less
