Shanda just did my first facial piercing, a medusa, and I was super nervous and she made the experience so easy and as stress free as possible. My lips are small and I naturally kept trying to jerk my head away from the pain of the clamps and needle but she was very kind and patient. I’m so happy with my piercing and the service I received.

Had my first piercing done by Shanda at Punktured! Was super nervous, thankfully she is a total professional, walked me thru the process, and eased my fears, all while being friendly and welcoming! Would 100% recommend to anyone for tattoos or piercings. Fun friendly atmosphere, very clean, everything I'd hoped for!

Shanda is absolutely a professional, but not at the expense of warmth. She is very friendly and legitimately cares about the person in the chair in front of her, while using years of experience and excellent hygiene practices to make things 100% perfect. My friend and I got nose piercings together today as walk-ins and are very happy with our experience. Highly recommended!
