I got my first tattoo here two years ago and they did great. I don't remember the guy's name, but the quality of the work was above expectations. I went back this year for a simple wrist tattoo and Kenny was my artist. I had to come back because he didn't fill in the letters of the tattoo. So I came back and he didn't go over every letter as he should have, and now some of the letters are crooked (there's an A on my wrist and you can't even see the inside of the letter). It was a simple minute tattoo. I don't know why it was so difficult to get it write, but I don't trust him enough to go back a third time. As if this wasn't bad enough, the customer service was horrible at best. Trying to get in touch with him from the touch up was nearly impossible (took almost a month), and instead of serving me when I showed up he lingered outside the shop smoking and talking. I'm late on my review but I have had several tattoos and my navel pierced here. Kenny and Jose are amazing. Kenny made feel comfortable before my navel piercing because i was extremely nervous. Jose talked to me through the tattoo and it made it go by fast. By the way I love my tattoo he did!. Everyone there was down to earth. I will be going back. Read Less

NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP! beware!!!!! I went for a nose piercing, My 3 friends went and recommended it. I was told how to care for it. No after care sheet was given. The jewerly was crap. The piercing was $25 , this shouldve been a red flag. My rhinestone came out within a week. I went back and it was replaced and paid another $15 for it to be replaced. That one came out within a week. I started to get a bump on my piercing. I went to a highly recommended shop, they looked at it and checked the angle of the piercing. ,the angle was completely wrong which was one reason the bump was coming and they couldnt believe the jewerly i was pierced with. This is tattoo place is very highly marketed on local radio as home of the 20 dollar tattoos and it really lives up to it because thats the quality of work you are going to get. i went to this place because it's located right in my neighborhood. I had my tattoos done by Mike I had two tattoos done one on my wrist and the other on my foot. The one on my wrist took very long to heal and the finished product is a mess. The last letter of my tattoo looks smudged and wrinkled and I know it's not due to taking care of it improperly because I had tattoos prior to this that turned out fine. And the one on my foot looked bad as well but i recently had it covered up. As I will have the one on wrist covered as well.
