I can't speak for the tattoos, since I went for a couple piercings, but Fino did an excellent job! I have had my cartilage and center of my right ear pierced for many years and wanted the exact same piercings in my left ear. Fino took the time to line them up, and made sure that I was 100% sure about their placement before piercing. He was friendly and very informative about how to clean and care for the new holes. I am super impressed with my experience here. I have 3 other tattoos, done at 2 other shops and this one has BY FAR been my best experience. The shop is clean and my artist, Derrick kept his cool and was patient with me when I changed the idea/design several times. He got my vision, and executed it flawlessly. This tattoo has more meaning to me than any other as it’s to memorialize my father who passed suddenly last week. Went to get my daith piercing. Was not disappointed! Excellent staff, and they are very helpful and knowledgeable (Fino rocks). A little pricy, but it was worth it! Made sure I was comfortable (and not in pain). Piercings will heal with no problem if you follow the cleaning guidelines (I didn’t, so they’re infected, but that’s my fault). Great place! Got my industrial done today and WOW! I love it ! I had been taken care of by Fino, he is fantastic ! The invironment was so positive and there was nothing but smiles all around the room. Fino did my nose piercing (and talked me through it)! Of course I love it! He did an amazing job. Offered to change it out after like 2 weeks. Then when it got infected he walked me through each step of the process and looked at it and told me how to fix it! I recommend going to Fino for all piercings! A few months before I got my piercing, I got my middle name written in my parents handwriting tattooed on my collarbone. I don’t remember the lady’s name that did it but she was amazing!! Fino is fabulous. I brought my daughter in for a septum piercing and he was patient, kind, and very informative. He took his time, explained the entire procedure before doing it and continued talking to her about what was happening as he did the piercing. The facility is extremely clean and sterile. All equipment that touched her was disposable and packaged.  She is under 18 and this business followed the parent consent laws to a T!  Please be advised that if under 18, you will need a signed and notarized form before they will do a tattoo or piercing. Steel and Ink has improved so much since they've moved upstairs. Fino, who does piercings, is exceptional at his job! He's extremely friendly and understanding. Even the guy at the front counter was extremely helpful and welcoming. I have a low pain tolerance but barely panicked when Fino went to do my piercing. The first time I had gotten my ears pierced at Steel and Ink(years ago), I bled. A lot. And my piercing just wasn't set right. This time around, there was no blood at all!
