While visiting St. Louis, my sister and I had little mermaid tattoos done by Looney. Coming from out of town not meeting him first before booking the appointment made me a bit nervous. My sister made the right decision by choosing Looney for sure. He is an awesome tattoo artist and is very accommodating to all requests. I will fly back to make sure he is the one that does any additions to my tattoo!
