I had treatments done when Brian first opened several years ago. I was very hesitant due to my own certification as a laser technician and the knowledge that many tattoo removal services are dangerous, scams, or just flat out no good. I was very impressed with Brian’s knowledge and equipment. If I remember correctly, I drilled him pretty good. I had to stop treatments after only 5-6 due to pregnancy and then moving out of state. My tattoo has continued to fade over the year...s and most wouldn’t notice it unless close up. I’m extremely happy with the results Brian was able to achieve in only 5-6 treatments. With the damage in my tattoo, the depth of the ink, etc. I expected to need 10-12 treatments. If I could see a way to post a current picture on this review I would do so. I have (2) tattoos that I acquired when I was 18, to me they were not tasteful and the individual that I am today. When I stepped into the shop I was greeted professionally and the studio itself is relaxing and super clean. I am very much impressed by how the sessions get done so quickly....under 10 minutes total for me! Brian is super professional and patient with wimpy customers such as myself. I had my first treatment in May, I had waited 10 years to get this fantastic tattoo and the artist.....Jake at Hearts of Fire...just to drop names.....decided to add a couple touches of his own...not only that but this tattoo was a coverup....he didnt place the stencil in the correct place even for the coverup....full back peice people... so on a 10 year design for a coverup peice I found myself looking to remove his "permanent artistic touches" to my skin....I was of course ⋯⋯upset and didn't know where to turn or what to do....I decided to take control of my situation and instead of being embarressed with this tattoo....I wanted to correct his handyman work and continue on with the tattoo I have wanted all my life.....So I decided laser tattoo removal was my only hope of having a second chance at fixing the mistake and starting over....Yes it hurts....Yes its worth it....after 1 treatment it is soooo much lighter and after a couple more treatments I will be able to correct the "handyman" work of a guy who really doesnt care what he slaps on someones skin...I researched several laser tattoo removal services and....ON SECOND THOUGHT...hands down is the only choice....Brian was amazing and personable and very understanding of my situation....Literally in tears every time I talk about it....He took his time with me didnt rush me around, explained the process and the expectations for full tattoo removal....it is a process it doesn't happen overnight.....BUT IT DOES WORK!!!
