Glady placed a deposit to reserve an appointment three weeks in advance, to allow the artist time to design my tattoo, after a lengthy discussion and him taking several pics of my body and us taking snapshots of similar tattoos. Arrived on time for the appointment only to find the artist had yet to start on the design we discussed. Waited two hours and thirty minutes as he continued to draw on a tablet, a design nowhere near my request. Lost my deposit, two 40 minutes drives, and felt completely taken advantage of, where my only recourse was to forfeit my deposit or proceed with a design that I truly did not like. Have several tattoos and never had this type of experience before.

Mikah Webb at the Downtown Saint Louis location decided to over charge me on a simple tattoo that should of costed $120-150 but charged $200 and he kept trying to change it to his comfort instead of just giving me what I asked for. After some arguing, he finally decided to give the original tattoo I requested. But during check out, I set the tip to $15-20 but he set it as $20. So in the end, I was overcharged so the total came out to be $250 and he practically stole money from me without me knowing. If it wasn't for me checking my bank account, I wouldn't have seen that he took more than he should of. I won't be coming back and I regret getting the tattoo. The tattoo is decent, but I could get better work and better service from people who don't steal, elsewhere.

Waiting time for appointment can be painfully long for certain artist. However, it is well wothh it. These guys artwork is something else, very impressive look at their webpage. The establishment was well kept and clean. Prices varies depending on the artist you pick. I got 2 sessions left on my sleeve and I am very satisfied thus far.

Went in at 430 with no appointment to see if they could do a tattoo that I wanted. I saw the great reviews and was so thrilled at the outcome. Devon ended up doing my artwork he was accommodating and surpassed all expectations! No complaints at all, reasonable pricing and the friendliest shop I've ever been to overall. I've had several compliments on the precision of my tattoo, one friend said, "whoever did that is an amazing artist!" couldn't have said it better myself!

I got my first tattoo just a couple weeks ago here with Devon Plopper and I couldn't be more pleased and excited! I had an image in my head for years and when I told him to just draw something with a girly dragonfly lol with some bling and it is exactly like I pictured!!! So happy I listened to my brother who has had several done here with jesse and didn't want me going anywhere else! he made me feel soooo relaxed when I was pretty nervous! lol He was definitely worth the long drive!!!! I will definitely be going back!!! He was awesome!!

The time had finally come for my first tattoo. Me and my fiancé decided to get matching tattoos of our daughters birthdate. I was very nervous and have always heard tattoos were painful. Walked in and met Jon. I showed him what I wanted to get and he showed me a stencil. I didn't like the font and wanted a different style and he happily changed it to what I liked. He prepped everything and took us to his station and everything was extremely sanitary and professional. He was very funny and made both of us feel extremely comfortable before I knew it I was finished and we loved the result. Definitely will be recommending this place and Jon. I will be back to start my sleeve!

Awesome shop, nicest shop I've been in. All the artists are very good at what they do...we had Tom Burton, refered to me by a fellow co-worker, he was the best. I am extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and how polite everyone has been to me every time I walk in the door. Ian has given me 2 amazing tattoos and I'm sure I will be getting plenty more. It is very obvious how much talent is in this shop. You will be amazed just by the art work on the walls. Guaranteed the best artist in the surrounding area. I drive an hour and 20 minutes to get there and wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars all the way.

Ian is a boss, but I've had tattoos done by three different people there and I have never left dissatisfied. All of the artists here are extremely good at what they do. And the best part of it is how down to earth all of the guys are. I honestly don't know if I would go anywhere else in the greater Saint Louis area.
