I freaking love Dude. This review is being posted a bit late... because, well, life... but she was so incredible. You can tell how insanely knowledgeable she is as when I went to have my ears re-opened/re-pierced, she answered every question and explained it all every step of the way. I had other people tell me that I would need to get new piercings and mine wouldn't open and couldn't be re-pierced and blah blah blah and I was SO uncomfortable with the idea of that. Dude told me not only that she could do it, but WHY she could do it and explained the science and... well, clearly she was fabulous because of this glowing review. Not to mention, she's absolutely hilarious and so she's nice company to have while you're in the chair. I'm a big baby, so I doubt I'll ever get another piercing, but at least if I do, I know where I'm going. At the very least, I'm sending any of my friends/family who do straight to her chair.

Three of my siblings and I all had a great experience at the shop getting matching tattoos. The woman working the front, can't remember her name (sorry!), was very nice when my sister and I originally went in to schedule our appointment. We showed them what we were wanting and we spoke to Andrew Browning about the design. Originally we mentioned that our matching harp tattoos each have a string that was thicker to symbolize our age order. Andrew suggested us doing a color instead of a thicker line, which was great and what we ended up going with. When my brother and I came in for our 12pm appointment with Andrew the same woman working the front was very welcoming and offered us water while we waited. It was my brother's first time getting a tattoo and her and Andrew talked him through the process. Andrew was quick but accurate with our tattoos and we were both very happy with the results. I will be going back to him for a sleeve.My sisters had an appointment at 2pm getting the same tattoo with Wolfman. My oldest sister was getting her 1st tattoo and was nervous but Wolfman explained the entire process, how it might feel, how to relax, and how to take care of the tattoo. My sisters were also very happy with the experience.This being my 5th tattoo I have been to 4 different shops and this was by far the best one. I always felt like the other shops I had been to were either judging what I was getting or the staff weren't all friendly. EVERYONE working at this shop was friendly and I didn't feel judged at all. Highly recommend this clean, fun and professional shop.

I'd recommend DUDE for any tattoos and or piercings. Shes super nice, professional & prompt . I had a Keloid a month after my nose piercing. As such, she responded quickly to my needs about healing & keloid is gone. I will be going back in for my small stainless steel hoop & look forward to her service. The shop is nice & staff is great. This would be my #1 choice.

Everything was very clean and they took their time to make sure everything was properly disinfected before each customer. Looking forward to the next event!

I went to st. Charles tattoo yesterday, and wolfman did an amazing job! I couldn't decide on which tattoo I wanted, so I went with both!. I wanted both to have a Disney theme to them, and wolfman made it happen. I couldn't be more happy with the results. The price was great. He is very knowledgeable. I had asked him other questions about future tattoos that I might want to get, and he was very helpful. Everyone in the store was polite. The place is perfectly clean. Wolfman has a new tattoo artist that he is trained named Dude. I'm sure she will do an amazing job.You wont regret going here.

Just visited the shop yesterday and I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. I have dozen of tattoos from many different shops in different states and by far Saint Charles Tattoo has been one of the best. They have great customer service, very professional with talented artist to say the least and a very clean environment. So happy I went here to get my first tattoo done! Wolfman was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with my experience! He talked me through the whole thing and made sure I was getting what I wanted. He was easy on the needle and prepared me for how everything would feel and made me really comfortable. The shop itself is very laid back and artsy, everyone is very friendly and it was just an awesome environment! I plan on going back to see Wolfman soon for another!!!

Now for the artist that made my tattoo. I can not say enough about Wolfman. Made me feel at ease and his artwork speaks for itself. I showed him and explained what I was looking for and he went way above. His work is stunning. I now have something that I am so proud to have on my body. This shop is incredible. It's clean, welcoming, and fun. I had a large piece done by Wolfman, and I was very impressed with his skill. He was always honest about what would work and what wouldn't, and made adjustments to my piece as needed. He was wonderful about explaining the process for a large piece, and the step-by-step after care. I chose to have a lot of detailed work on my inner arm over stretch marks, and he was always very mindful of my pain, and my skin's tolerance. I drove in from Ohio, and I'l just say that for this size and quality of tattoo, after paying for the drive and a hotel over night I'll still come out ahead over what I would have paid in Columbus. I won't post a pic yet as I still have another session, but I'm really looking forward to it!

I freaking love Dude. This review is being posted a bit late... because, well, life... but she was so incredible. You can tell how insanely knowledgeable she is as when I went to have my ears re-opened/re-pierced, she answered every question and explained it all every step of the way. I had other people tell me that I would need to get new piercings and mine wouldn't open and couldn't be re-pierced and blah blah blah and I was SO uncomfortable with the idea of that. Dude told me not only that she could do it, but WHY she could do it and explained the science and... well, clearly she was fabulous because of this glowing review. Not to mention, she's absolutely hilarious and so she's nice company to have while you're in the chair. I'm a big baby, so I doubt I'll ever get another piercing, but at least if I do, I know where I'm going. At the very least, I'm sending any of my friends/family who do straight to her chair.

Three of my siblings and I all had a great experience at the shop getting matching tattoos. The woman working the front, can't remember her name (sorry!), was very nice when my sister and I originally went in to schedule our appointment. We showed them what we were wanting and we spoke to Andrew Browning about the design. Barry did the most fantastic job on my very first tattoo on my forearm. I am so impressed that he took into consideration my own twist on the semi colon project and an infinite cross. Life will never be taken anymore since I have my faith. I can look at it in the mirror and show it off. It is absolutely amazing and beautifully perfect. ��

My first experience was a few weeks ago. I saw Nick that day and he did an amazing job on my tattoo!!! Then over this weekend I saw The Dude to get my daith pierced. The experience was also just as awesome!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Came in to get an industrial piercing, walked out 100% satisfied! Shop was nice and clean. "The Dude" put me at total ease, gave me complete instructions, and an hour later I couldn't even feel it anymore and it wasn't swollen at all. Definitely recommend to everyone!

I came into town for only 2 days and I wanted to get a tattoo. I'm so glad I found them! Wolf man not only was able to come up with my design in less then 24 hours, but he gave me an amazing tattoo. I highly recommend them. No only did I get an amazing tattoo, but it was a friendly atmosphere and a great place to get work done!

So happy I went here to get my first tattoo done! Wolfman was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with my experience! He talked me through the whole thing and made sure I was getting what I wanted. He was easy on the needle and prepared me for how everything would feel and made me really comfortable. The shop itself is very laid back and artsy, everyone is very friendly and it was just an awesome environment! I plan on going back to see Wolfman soon for another!!!

After doing some looking around and not being real satisfied with anything that I found, I stumbled into St. Charles Tattoo! After going through the different artists portfolios I choose to go with Barry (his style matched mine). I showed him what I want and within 24 hours he drew me something even better than I had imagined. I'm so happy with what I got and I will most definitely be back for more! Not only is Barry a bad ass artist but a pretty rad dude all together.

I choose this business from the ratings and they were dead on. Excellent place and would go back again. Very clean and professional and they made getting my first tattoo a breeze. Now for the artist that made my tattoo. I can not say enough about Wolfman. Made me feel at ease and his artwork speaks for itself. I showed him and explained what I was looking for and he went way above. His work is stunning. I now have something that I am so proud to have on my body. When I look at my tattoo, I get this big smile on my face. Thanks guys for making something so important to me come to life. Will be back at some point. Until then tat on......

This shop is incredible. It's clean, welcoming, and fun. I had a large piece done by Wolfman, and I was very impressed with his skill. He was always honest about what would work and what wouldn't, and made adjustments to my piece as needed. He was wonderful about explaining the process for a large piece, and the step-by-step after care. I chose to have a lot of detailed work on my inner arm over stretch marks, and he was always very mindful of my pain, and my skin's tolerance. I drove in from Ohio, and I'l just say that for this size and quality of tattoo, after paying for the drive and a hotel over night I'll still come out ahead over what I would have paid in Columbus. I won't post a pic yet as I still have another session, but I'm really looking forward to it!

Went in today for an advertised $50 January special. The receptionist was awesome, my artist(Shane) did an amazing job and the entire experience was very nice. Definitely would recommend going there and will definitely be back for more work down the line
