Also they do the piercing with a ball tip at the end of the piercing instead of the curved in so every night my piercing comes out. I spent $20 on stuff to sanitize my nose. I give a 8/10 on the art. 4/10 on the vibe/environment. 5/10 on customer service. My first time going I got my beauty mark darkened. A little dot. Was $20 and disappeared within 2 days. They are awful on scheduling and when they schedule someone to do it, they are never available. I may just have bad luck with the place but I don't think I'd recommend them. Read Less
