They screwed me out of my money for my unfinished sleeve (which I now have to constantly explain because the color isn’t finished) because they are all childish and don’t know how to put their own problems to the side for the sake of the customer to provide the best service do not go here if you want any tattoos done they are not worth it I will never go back here to get anything done ever again. Tessa and Eric are the most awesome people in the world. Their shop is clean and sterile. All there equipment is sterile. I have gotten 3 tattoos from Eric and Tessa has done 3 piercings and a stretch in me. They have always been there if I have had any questions and help me with anything they have done for me. What a refreshing change from the normal grungy, dark, depressing tattoo shop. This place is bright, inviting and relaxing. I came in to speak to the artist about a cover-up. I got my first tattoo there by Eric. He was amazing! He allowed me to message back and forth to design it so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth, he used good ink, he was very gentle, he did free aftercare using a witch hazel wrap to remove some plasma and a medical grade breathable clear seal that kept the tattoo safe a sterile for the first 5 days (keeping my sheets safe from plasma and let me wear my normal clothes), and he does a free touch up after 3 months to fix any minor imperfections. I got my blackwork tattoo early this year and it still looks like I got it yesterday. The shop is clean and family friendly and open to all people of any belief system, orientation, and identity. The piercer is also a real sweetheart who offered me a lot of wonderful advice on my issues with earrings for free! I highly recommend the shop. Read Less

I contacted Eric based on the recommendation of a friend and the reviews on Facebook. He was quick to respond to a Facebook message with a quote and an appointment time. When I arrived, we quickly found out that one of the tattoos I had planned (I got two) was not going to work out as planned. After working with stencils for an hour on it, we decided the design and placement was just too tricky and could easily go awry. Needless to say, I admired his honesty, his caution,... and his prioritization of the aesthetics of the design over taking a risk on a design with a rather unforgiving margin of error. We brainstormed some other ideas and the solution ended up being better than I the one I had originally came in with. The work itself was professional and the shop is clean and low-key.
