Great shop. All the artists were professional & do great work. Went in on the walk in Saturday with a design. Noah took the time to listen & explain how it could work better as a tattoo. Would not recommend. Been to multiple tattoo shops from cheap to expensive. Noah, the owner, was working on my left sleeve. Unprofessional and snarky, his time management was poor, his attitude and sense of care is nonexistent. At $150 an hour and a poor rate of work, he cut my session short and demanded full price - while being distracted, operating the shop solo, answering phone calls, etc. When asked why he demanded full price after being cut short, he stated "You're paying me for my time." Sorry dude, didn't realize I was paying you to answer phone calls and run your own shop on my tattoo time. Noah WAS working on my sleeve, not anymore, not ever again. Read Less

I got a tattoo from a different tattoo parlor & have been disappointed with it ever since. After driving by Old Souls numerous times, I thought I'd stop by & see if they could do anything with it to add a little pop. When I walked in, I had no idea what I wanted or what to do with it. After talking with Curtis, we came up with a plan to add to it without taking anything away. Just adding a simple pop of color really brought my tattoo to life. He and his EPIC staff are beyond professional and values each customer that walks through their doors. Noah is the best! I had given Noah a rough idea of what I was wanting for a Ganesha tattoo on my arm. When I first saw what he had come up with I was completely blown away. Not only does he have incredible artistic talent, but when he went to place it on my arm he really understood how the shape would wrap around my arm and how important the placement was. He wasn't satisfied until it was perfect. It looks AMAZING. I've gone in to see Noah 3 or 4 times for various things and every time the vibe is so chill. They are friendly guys and try to make each person that comes in feel comfortable and welcomed. When you first meet with Noah expect total honesty. This guy will not bullshit you on what's realistic and has the integrity of the piece in mind over the long run. He really wants to do quality tattoos and sometimes that means he has to tell you that your idea is bad. This is a good thing! I had never been in a tattoo parlor before this one when I went with a close friend to get her first tattoo. Just to do some research, I decided the next week to check out a nearby tattoo parlor and immediately walked out because I had felt a creepy unprofessional vibe. Old Souls is open, clean, and looks like a museum. The guys that work there are true artists. Not being your typical tattoo client (being a first timer, that is), I walked in on a Saturday to get a small bodhi leaf on my wrist by Dave. I had a picture of an actual leaf and wanted a realistic leaf on my inner wrist. He listened to my reasons for getting the tattoo and spent a great deal of time coming up with the design and making sure I felt comfortable with it. When he got finished, I seriously almost cried I was so pleased with it. It's only been one day, and I can't stop staring at it. The detail is AMAZING. This is not at all the cliche creepy tattoo parlor I envisioned. I am a healthcare professional middle class mom and would highly recommend any of the three guys I met to do a tattoo. Shea, Dave, and Noah do epic work. You pay for what you get, and it is worth every penny. I have a new respect for this profession. This is the shop to visit if you want quality ink. These gentlemen are amazing artists, efficient and polite: consummate professionals. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Dave reworked a piece on my back that was 20 years old. An outstanding job, considering. Next, Noah will frame it with something original. Shea is no slouch either. I was shocked that all of the Old Souls' five star reviews have been filtered!  I said to myself, self... You need to get busy and write something up. And quick!  But then I thought, it's not like they need it. I'm 100% sure business is good for these guys!  Old Souls has a loyal following. Matter of fact, Noah has been the only person to tattoo me since 2004 - long before he built this premium parlour. My sister (who has more ink than I ) and my cousins have all been frequent canvases for Noah's art. It's been a while since I've had any ink but I'll be heading in soon to commemorate the birth of my son.
