Visited this shop on a recommendation, and was not disappointed! I actually visited Exile 2, and Bob was my artist. There was a mix up with the appointment time but he was still happy to take care of me. I loved how clean and well-organized the shop was, even the bathroom! (I loved cricket's needlepoint, by the way! 👌🏻) My friends were allowed to sit with me and chat and laugh through the whole thing. Bob explained each step, which I appreciated even if I've had plenty of tattoos. He offered his own suggestions and took mine as well, and was so pleasant to work with. He made it so that I was able to really relax and be confident in his work. Being in the medical field, I can't help but watch closely whenever someone will be working on me, and I was impressed with everything. Gloves were changed as necessary, things were kept tidy, and I was tended to in a perfectly clean and safe manner. I would love the opportunity to visit in the future for a more in-depth piece, if only Texas was closer!! Thanks a million to the team and Bob, who welcomed us and sent me away with a wonderful new piece of art. Keep up with the great work, ya'll!!

Review is for Nathan Blankensh - he did a tattoo for me (last one 20 years ago) and my wife (newbie!). He was chill and laid back, able to customize what we wanted a few times in a short time frame. He came up w something custom from what we initially wanted that my wife loved. He walked her through it in a great way - not sure if we'll be back but if she wants more ink we will def head back to Nathan. Thank you sir!

Went to get my very first tattoo from here this past January. Exile tattoo was recommended to me through a couple of friends that had gone there. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. Cory Kirby was excellent. She calmed all of our fears and made our first tattoo experience a joy. I highly recommend her! So happy with the results.

The talent in this shop is phenomenal. Great staff, cool and clean environment. It might take awhile to get in but it's so worth the wait! Danny is an icon in the Kansas City tattoo scene and all you have to look at his portfolio to see why. Not to mention, he's an all aground great guy. 10 out of 5 starts!

Visited this shop on a recommendation, and was not disappointed! I actually visited Exile 2, and Bob was my artist. There was a mix up with the appointment time but he was still happy to take care of me. I loved how clean and well-organized the shop was, even the bathroom!
