My husband and I got tattooed wedding bands here in July of 2015. This is definitely not our first rodeo as far as tattoos go, and we understood that finger tattoos are not forever. However, we did not expect our tattoos to fade that night. Within the next couple of days less than half of our ink was still present. The artist- Mike, if you can call him that, was more preoccupied with telling us his sob story and telling us that he could be at home instead of inking us. A form...er coworker saw my ink, who happened to be romantically seeing an artist at this shop and told me that my husband and I should go back on this day and this time and Ronnie would take care of us. We waited for over an hour, texted her multiple times to attempt to reach Ronnie, and he never showed up. We heard from her hours later when she said he was up there waiting for us. We were told Mike was fired, so now we are stuck with these less than half assed tattoos in plain site. UPDATE: Scott took care of my husband and I in a way that the former staff could have never done! We all share a mutual distrust and frustration with the original "artists." He fixed mine amd my husbands wedding band tattoos for free and also reassured us that Ronnie Pollard will never have anything to do with the shop again, which was my main concern returning. I know that many of the bad reviews on here are due to Ronnie, and I want everyone to know that Scott and Andre are working to return the shop to its former glory and restore it's name sake. I just got done getting my second tattoo, and I am so happy that I chose to go to Live Ink! Honestly, there are a variety of positives for choosing to get any tattoos done at this location - here are just a couple: First, the interior and the decorations have been drastically been remodeled for the better! I was weary of going into the shop due to the old management at first, but once I stepped inside a couple of weeks ago (after the re-opening), there were instantly better c...hanges compared to my overall original perception when I last went in more than a year ago. The new crew has made the interior more inviting, more open, and brighter in general. By making these changes, this definitely impacted my decision to choose to get work done at this shop (in a good way)! Second, the artist himself, Scott, makes you feel at home and honestly really comfortable throughout the entire process. He is prompt with his responses, his appointments, and his designs - which was a huge plus since I was overly eager to get something new done! Scott definitely has the experience and knowledge to design great artwork, and yet he keeps a fairly open mind for personal touches or changes. On top of that, while I was getting my tattoo, I honestly could not stop laughing with how humorous he was and how relaxed he made me feel! Basically, if you're looking for an experienced, clean, and reasonably-priced shop to get some work done, I highly recommend Live Ink! Love everything about this place. Walking in there's so much to look at, all the cool artsy stuff , it's ridiculously clean... Like brand new clean. The owner is very nice , upfront and real. She's not going to let anyone walk in and walk out with regret or upset. Scott the artist makes the environment fun. Kept me laughing , knows his stuff and taught me to never get a tattoo a specific time of the month haha. Five star Read Less

After reading some of the negative reviews, it's blowing my mind! I have experienced nothing but the utmost customer service and have gotten some great tattoos here. The atmosphere is great and artists are so talented!!! I will never go anywhere else and would recommend to all!! Read Less
